With the deepening of the reform and development of market economy in China and the intensive release and implementation of a new round of pharmaceutical reform policies,the whole pharmaceutical industry chain is undergoing continuous reform and adjustment,from the upstream industrial production end to the intermediate pharmaceutical circulation link,to the downstream medical institutions,pharmacies and other terminal links.Because of its low profit and substitutability,the circulation of medicine has been impacted unprecedentedly.It can be said that most enterprises are facing great challenges.As a leading enterprise in regional pharmaceutical circulation,company Y is also faced with the development dilemma of incremental improvement.How to continuously build the core competitiveness and comparative advantage of the enterprise and continue the growth trend has become a strategic problem it needs to face.Based on strategic management theory study of Y pharmaceutical distribution company,from the macro environment,industry competition and enterprise development three dimensions,using PEST model,porter five analysis model,the SWOT strategy analysis model,QSPM matrix theory tools such as comprehensive analysis found that the main problem with Y embodied lag for business model innovation,operation cost is too high,supply chain efficiency is not high,the internal resources integration is not ideal,scale advantage into full play,external competition pressure,brand awareness is not high,which makes the development of the company is limited by a certain.This paper believes that Y pharmaceutical distribution company should first establish the correct corporate mission and vision,and strive toadjust from the two dimensions of resource integration and capacity improvement,that is,based on the traditional drug distribution,seek external extension and expansion,expand the business radius and develop new business modules.Optimization or breakthrough in internal integration optimization and connotation development;In order to achieve the company's strategic goals,this paper believes that the company should take strategic safeguard measures from the aspects of organizational construction,human resources,financial financing,informatization,logistics integration,and supply chain optimization to ensure the implementation of the company's strategy.This paper is a practical study on the theories related to strategic management in the field of medicine circulation in China.Through a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment and capabilities of Y pharmaceutical circulation company,the feasible strategic choice and implementation guarantee of the company are given from the two dimensions of development and competition.As a typical regional pharmaceutical circulation enterprise,the study on the development strategy of company Y can provide reference for enterprises in the same development stage and market position,and has certain reference value for the reform and upgrading of China's pharmaceutical circulation industry.
