Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,China's scientific and technological innovation ability is constantly improving,but in some key areas of the core technology innovation ability is insufficient,and the regional innovation efficiency is still not ideal,and the cooperation between different innovation subjects is not close.In this context,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that it is necessary to establish cooperation between universities and scientific research structures with enterprises as the main body,so as to better enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the collaborative innovation of industry,University and research to promote the regional innovation performance and coordinate the balanced development among regions.First of all,this paper combs the relevant research literature,defines the concepts involved in this study,and analyzes the impact mechanism of collaborative innovation on regional internal innovation performance,as well as the impact mechanism of collaborative innovation on regional innovation performance from the perspective of neighborhood.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of collaborative innovation,calculates the regional innovation performance with DEA method and the degree of collaborative innovation from the perspective of capital flow,and makes a brief analysis of the measurement results.Subsequently,this paper examines the spatial correlation of innovation performance between regions by constructing a spatial weight matrix based on proximity.Finally,the spatial econometric model is used to test the spatial relationship between the regional innovation systems studied in this paper,and the spatial matrix is constructed to illustrate the relationship between collaborative innovation and innovation performance under different proximity.The empirical results show that: from the perspective of neighborhood,the impact of collaborative innovation on innovation performance in the region is not the same as that in the adjacent region.First,the impact of each innovation subject of collaborative innovation on innovation performance in the region is not the same.Although the impact of government funding and cooperation between enterprises and scientific research institutions on innovation performance in the region is not significant,there is a positive promotion relationship,which shows that government support and cooperation between enterprises and scientific research institutions can promote innovation performance,but this effect may exist.However,the collaborative innovation of enterprises and universities and the financial support of financial institutions have a negative effect on innovation performance.Secondly,the inter regional innovation performance has significant interaction.Among them,collaborative innovation under technology proximity has the most significant impact on innovation performance in the surrounding areas.This shows that technology proximity is the most important aspect that affects the innovation performance of collaborative innovation to neighboring regions.In the context of technology proximity,government financial support,enterprise scientific research collaborative innovation and financial institution financial support all significantly promote the innovation performance of adjacent areas,while the cooperation between enterprises and universities is still not conducive to the improvement of innovation performance of adjacent areas.Third,regional innovation performance is also significantly positively affected by the level of opening up,regional education,regional infrastructure construction,and the degree of regional technology marketization.These four control variables have a significant role in promoting regional innovation performance,no matter in direct or indirect effects,among which the degree of regional technology marketization plays the largest role.Finally,draw the main conclusions and put forward the corresponding suggestions according to the actual situation.
