Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Inexpensive Agricultural And Sideline Products Stores In Xuzhou

Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the state has put forward the system of ensuring people's livelihood in both urban and rural areas as a whole,constantly meeting people's multiple and diversified needs for a better life,and the inexpensive shops as an important platform for stabilizing the “vegetable basket” project,in maintaining the general price level basically stable,ensuring the basic living needs of the masses and so on,we have demonstrated the obvious advantages of our socialist system,which is the characteristic achievement of the project of commonweal and universal people's livelihood,with the help and guidance of the government,the fair-price shops are widely carried out in the whole country,and the construction of the fair-price shops is actively promoted in all provinces and cities.This paper adopts the methods of Literature Research,Case Analysis and field investigation,and makes full use of the relevant theories such as market failure,public goods and new public service,and takes the current situation of the construction of agricultural and sideline products fair price stores in Xuzhou as the research object,this paper expounds the value significance of the research on the development of the fair-price shops in Xuzhou,expounds the concepts of “fair-price shops” and “Price Adjustment Fund” of agricultural and sideline products,and takes the theory of public goods and the theory of new public service as the theoretical basis,this paper describes the current situation of the fair price stores in Xuzhou,summarizes the characteristics of the construction of the fair price stores for agricultural and sideline products in Xuzhou,and gives full play to keeping the general price level basically stable and guaranteeing the basic needs of people's livelihood in practice Make up the market price supervision short board,realize the government and the market coordination,form the Enterprise Competitive Advantage,drive the area economy development each superiority.Through a further study on the current situation of the construction of the fair price stores in Xuzhou,it is found that the fair price stores of agricultural and sideline products in Xuzhou also face development bottlenecks such as the weak role of Huimin County's stabilizing prices and the lack of internal power of the fair price stores,based on the experience of agricultural and sideline products fair shop at home and abroad,and combined with the fact that Xuzhou is the center city of Huaihai Economic Zone,this paper puts forward to give prominence to the advantages of fair price and play the role of “ensuring supply” and “stabilizing price” We should strengthen the supervision and management,realize the fine supervision mode,stimulate the endogenous power of enterprises,strengthen the vitality of the fair-price shops and other relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and try our best to explore a new mode of long-term,healthy and sustainable development of the fair-price shops of agricultural and sideline products.
