Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Innovation Management In Mongolian Science And Technology Enterprises

As we all know,Mongolia is an Asian country with beautiful natural scenery,long history,unique tradition and charming culture.Mongolia is the second largest landlocked country in the world and the nineteenth largest country.The north and West are connected by mountains,while the south is mainly Gobi and desert,with little arable land,and the rest of the area is covered by grasslands.Over the past 20 years,Mongolia has witnessed rapid economic development.According to the Washington Post,Mongolia's gross domestic product(GDP)was one of the fastest growing countries in 2014.The industries that helped Mongolia's rapid economic development included commerce,mining and agriculture.Therefore,in Mongolia's economy,these three industries play an important role in attracting more investment and business cooperation.In order to make better use of these investments,enterprises need better internal management.In this paper,through the application of the management theory of technological innovation,incentive theory and dynamic theory of technological innovation,combined with the methods of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey,the management of technological innovation in Mongolian science and technology enterprises is studied,and the corresponding solutions are put forward,in order to provide some support for the technological innovation of Mongolian science and technology enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts: The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the research background and significance of the topic,and comments on the research status of Mongolia abroad.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter analyses the current situation and reasons of Mongolian enterprise innovation.The present situation of Mongolian enterprise innovation and the factors influencing Mongolian enterprise innovation.Chapter IV is the management practice and Enlightenment of technological innovation in China.The current situation of technological innovation and management in China,the typical practice and experience of technological innovation in Huawei Enterprise Group,and the management decision-making of technological innovation in China have enlightened the innovation management of scientific and technological enterprises in Mongolia.The fifth chapter is the Innovation Management Countermeasures of Mongolian enterprises.Strengthen the understanding of innovation management,strengthen the guidance and investment of the government,strengthen the talent incentive policy,do a good job in enterprise transformation and upgrading,and strengthen the construction of innovation culture.Chapter Six: Conclusion and Prospect.
