Study On The Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Capability And Innovation Performance Of Enterprises Of Science And Technology

Along with the economy development, enterprises of science and technology play a more and more important role in the development of our economy and society. As a new force of national economy and the active component of socialist market economy, enterprises of science and technology made a great contribution to the prosperity of a market economy, increasing revenue and creating jobs. Though enterprises of science and technology have made great progress, they also have many weaknesses, such as resource-consume and extensiveness in business operation, low quality of technological innovation, less input of technology innovation, lacking of core technology innovation capability. Especially in the current background of the financial crisis, many enterprises of science and technology are faced with the danger of surviving as a result of the weakness of the poor technology innovation capability.According to the characteristics of science and technology enterprise technology innovation,this paper put forward the ability evaluation index system of small and mid-sized enterprise technology innovation, based on the factor analysis method. Then according to this index system, it increased or decreased some indicators, and construct the performance evaluation index system of science and technology enterprise technology innovation. Using C2 R model of data envelopment analysis(DEA), it evaluated the performance on technology innovation of science and technology enterprise. At the same time, the paper optimized the input and output of each enterprise, and ultimately made DEA effective. According to the empirical analysis of the above, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote science and technology enterprise technology innovation finally. The main content of the paper is as follows:First of all, this paper introduced the basic meaning, classification and characteristics of technological innovation, and carries on the literature review about technology innovation ability and innovation performance of science and technology enterprises;Then, it introduced the C2 R model of envelopment analysis technology, built the ability evaluation index system of science and technology enterprise technology innovation and input indicators and output indicators to evaluate performance of technology innovation, and research empirically the technical innovation ability and the innovation performance of sample companies from small and medium-sized plates in Shenzhen stock exchange.Finally, combining with the status of China’s science and technology and results of empirical research, the paper put forward the countermeasures to promote technical innovation level of science and technology enterprises from two aspects of internal and external.
