We are in the era of rapid development of knowledge economy,knowledge and technology become an important factor in the development of enterprises.As an important carrier of knowledge and technology,knowledge-based employees play an important role in the survival of enterprises.Talent has become one of the resources that enterprises attach great importance to.High-tech enterprises regard knowledge employee as an important factor in their sustainable development.With the rise of the knowledge economy,a large number of state-owned assets enter the high-tech industry,the state-owned high-tech enterprises like bamboo shoots after a spring spring,their demand for knowledge employee is also increasing.It is of great significance for the country and the economic market to study the current situation and relevant countermeasures of knowledge-based employee management in state-owned enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of knowledge employee,and forms a preliminary theoretical understanding of the concept of knowledge employee’ management by sorting out the human capital theory,maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,equity theory,and Chinese scholars’ research on knowledge employee’ management.Secondly,the author selects the knowledge employee of hebei Z electric co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as Z electric)as the main research object,interviews the middle and senior managers,and forms a preliminary understanding of the management of knowledge employee in the whole enterprise of Z electric.In the process of sorting out relevant researches at home and abroad,the advantages of the expert research model were absorbed,and the framework of the questionnaire was constructed based on the characteristics of Z electric.Finally,according to the identified three intermediary factors,through the regression analysis of questionnaire survey data through statistical software,one by one analysis of knowledge employee job stability,enthusiasm,innovative factors,then it puts forward suggestions from seven aspects:Perfecting the salary and treatment system,perfecting the performance appraisal system,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,optimizing the division of Post and responsibility,unblocking the channel of individual promotion,innovating the methods of leadership,and constructing the staff training system,carry on the construction of themulti-effect management scheme.This article through to Z electric companies such as management of the knowledge-type employees,build the feasible multi-effect management solutions,in order to the same type of new and high technology enterprise knowledge staff management provide reference,also hope get new research in the field of knowledge staff management,so as to further enhance the base Z electric the competitiveness of the state-owned holding enterprises,to contribute to national economic and social development.
