Rsearch On The Influence Of Knowledge Search,Resource Bricolage And Ambidextrous Innovation

China keeps putting innovation and entrepreneurship at the core of economic development,and the passion for innovation and entrepreneurship continues to rise,while knowledge is the core element of innovation and entrepreneurship.The era of enterprises' self-contained use of internal knowledge development is gone forever.The blurring of enterprise boundaries and the convenience of information search make enterprise knowledge search become the main source of enterprise knowledge.Knowledge search scope brings a lot of heterogeneous knowledge to the enterprise,and knowledge search depth brings the focused knowledge to the enterprise's own industry or similar industries,which makes the knowledge resources not only diversified,but also in-depth.Knowledge search scope greatly avoids the narrow scope of knowledge search depth.Knowledge search depth reduces the risk of knowledge search scope,because of its rich knowledge in specific fields.The two complement each other and have a profound effect on ambidextrous innovation.Whether it is knowledge search or innovation activities,the resource endowments of enterprises determine their achievements.However,no matter small and weak start-ups,developing enterprises or incumbent enterprises,they all have their specific resource constraints in the face of resources.The new concept of resource bricolage is a method to solve the resource limitation.Enterprises use the resources at hand to reconstruct the resources from different perspectives and in different combinations,which greatly enriches the resource elements of enterprises.Moreover,the research shows that the nature of resource bricolage is an innovation activity,and in the process of resource bricolage,it also promotes ambidextrous innovation,which is the way to achieve two things with one stone.Therefore,this article puts knowledge search and resource bricolage into the same model to see if the company can promote ambidextrous innovation through both internal and external approaches.In the context of China,since ancient times,organizational political climate is the existence that can not be ignored.The use of power network,interpersonal network,relationship network and other ways to improperly obtain their own interests,strong organizational political climate may affect enterprise innovation and performance,so this paper takes organizational political climate as a regulating variable into the model.Therefore,based on the current situation of enterprises,this study explores the impact of knowledge search(search depth,search scope)and resource bricolage on theambidextrous innovation of enterprises,and introduces organizational political climate as a regulating variable to explore the regulatory role of organizational political climate in the process of knowledge search,resource bricolage and ambidextrous innovation.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a theoretical model of knowledge search,resource bricolage and ambidextrous innovation,and uses 241 data for empirical research.The empirical results show that search depth,search scope and resource bricolage all have positive effects on ambidextrous innovation,and organizational political climate does have a negative regulatory role between knowledge search(search width,search scope)and ambidextrous innovation,but the regulatory role of organizational political climate between resource bricolage and ambidextrous innovation has not been verified.This study is expected to provide ideas and reference for enterprises to carry out ambidextrous innovation on the basis of fully understanding their own knowledge and resources.
