Research On The Influence Of Resource Bricolage On The Performance Of The Service Transformation Of Manufacturing Enterprises

Technological developments,changes in consumer demand,strategic planning and national policies all emphasize the importance of the transformation of manufacturing enterprises into servitization.In reality,the results of the servitization transformation of manufacturing enterprises are not satisfactory,and the growth of enterprise service performance has not been realized.Academics have argued that the resource issue is the key to influencing the servitization transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Traditional manufacturing enterprises from providing“single product” to provide “product service integration solutions”,the change of resource base makes it face difficulties,and resource bricolage is an vital way for enterprises to solve the problem of resource bottlenecks.Therefore,it is worth exploring whether resource bricolage is suitable for manufacturing enterprises in the context of servitization transformation.Based on this,this paper focuses on the research related to resource bricolage and service-oriented transformation,the basic theories such as comprehensive learning resource bricolage theory,and the research on the main variables such as service-oriented transformation,resource bricolage,ambidextrous innovation and knowledge inertia of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,based on the basic theory of resources and the theory of resource bricolage,the internal mechanism of resource bricolage affecting the performance of service-oriented transformation is analyzed;secondly,the intermediary mechanism between the performance relationship between resource bricolage and service-oriented transformation is clarified based on the ambidextrous innovation theory;then,starting from the service resources required for service transformation and the characteristics of the enterprise itself,the moderating effect of knowledge inertia is deeply analyzed;and the corresponding theoretical model is constructed.And for China’s transformation or has been successful transformation of manufacturing enterprises to conduct a questionnaire survey,based on 250 effective recovery data,the use of SPSS 26.0 software for empirical analysis,in order to test the rationality and correctness of the relevant assumptions,and finally for the test results to obtain the corresponding management enlightenment.The results show that the resource bricolage positively affects the performance of the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises;ambidextrous innovation plays a part of the mediating role,and the exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation play a part of the mediating role respectively;the knowledge inertia(learning inertia and experience inertia)negatively regulates the relationship between resource bricolage and exploratory innovation,and the experience inertia negatively regulates the relationship between resource bricolage and exploitative innovation,but learning inertia does not have a moderating role in it.The research results provide new ideas for the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and have important enlightenment for how enterprises can use their own characteristics to configure management decisions such as ambidextrous innovation.
