The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,as the capital of our country,is another hot spot for the future economic development of our country following the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.In February 2014,China upgraded "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development" to China's major national strategic level.In order to better achieve the goal of coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,in April 2017,the Xiong'an New District of Hebei decided by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council was the focal point for Beijing's non-capital functions.Patented data,which measures regional innovation capacity,is often used as an indicator of innovation activity because of its readily available characteristics.In recent years,it has become a hot spot to carry out the evaluation of cooperative innovation with the patent as the measurement index.At present,the research on evolutionary characteristics of patent cooperation networks for specific regions is still under exploration.Based on the temporal and spatial evolution of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei patent cooperation network and analysis of its temporal and spatial evolution of the characteristics of the process can be grasping the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry-university-institute patent cooperation trends.The analysis of the evolutionary characteristics of this paper will help to provide a reference for decision-making of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and industrial layout optimization,which is of guiding significance for the current Hebei Province to ease the resource allocation of Beijing's non-capital functions.Based on triple helix theory and social network theory,this paper sets up a cooperation network of industry,universities and research institutes based on the cooperation patent application of industry-university-research institutes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for 32 years.For different types of cooperative patents to carry out quantitative statistics and patent cooperation network construction,analysis of the network size and other indicators of change,carry out the central identification of important nodes,analyze the spatial and temporal evolution of the patent cooperation between cities in Hebei and Beijing and Tianjin,for the local network and select two representative universities to carry out the analysis of patent evolution,and finally extract the evolution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Institute of industry-university-patent cooperation network during the four time periods.By analyzing the temporal and spatial evolution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei patent cooperation network,the following characteristics are found:(1)Beijing has become the major area for promoting the cooperation and development of patents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,but the impact is not significant enough.(2)Colleges and universities in Beijing and Tianjin are important exporters of the patent cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and have had a great impact.(3)The conditions and motivation mechanism for patent cooperation between Tianjin and Hebei are not enough.(4)The degree of patent cooperation between Beijing and Tianjin and northern and southern Hebei cities is relatively small.The policy suggestions proposed after the analysis of the patent cooperation network in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei can provide a reference for the coordinated development of the region and the optimization of industrial layout.Based on the actual data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper analyzes the social network,builds a patent cooperation network of industry,universities and research institutes,and expands the perspective of collaborative research.This study carries out an empirical study on the evolution characteristics of the two-dimensional space-time in the cooperation network of industry,universities and research institutes.This study deepens the application of social network analysis in the measurement of patent cooperation,which has strong practical significance.
