Research On The Influence Of Collaborative Innovation Network Characteristics Oin Innovation Performance

International competition is becoming increasingly fierce.China is in the process of the transformation of economic growth and advanced period of science and technology.The capability of innovation is the key.Collaborative innovation is one of the important components.However,the organization's internal information and resources are limited,leading to its limited innovation ability.It need to use external information and resources.The cooperation of the production and research has changed from the early point-to-point model to the cooperative network model.Therefore,it is necessary to study from the network perspective.Production and research collaborative innovation network is the government,enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions in the process of collaborative innovation.It is a kind of the spontaneous formation of an informal network of cooperation.As a new model of collaborative innovation based on multi-stakeholder interaction,it can integrate the innovative resources of the cooperative organizations,solve the obstacles of innovation,provide new technology and knowledge for the enterprises,provide the university and the scientific research institutions market and financial support,and ultimately promote scientific research to the productive forces.At the present stage,although China's enterprises,schools and other institutions of the production and research collaboration has made some achievements,there are still many problems to be solved.The development of cooperation of the production and research is still relatively slow.There are many problems such as fragility relationship,low efficiency and low performance.It is still far from meeting the needs of China's economic and social development.The improvement of innovation performance is a great significance to China.How to improve the performance of collaborative research and innovation is the problem this article to explore and study.In this article,the collaborative innovation center is the object of investigation.We study the characteristics of collaborative innovation network and knowledge sharing on the impact of innovation performance.Based on the review the study of domestic and foreign scholars on the innovation network,collaborative innovation,knowledge sharing,and innovation performance,we proposed the relationship between the variables hypothesis,and build a model of collaborative Innovation network performance(degree centrality,network size,relationship strength,relationship quality)as independent variables,knowledge sharing(explicit knowledge sharing,recessive knowledge sharing)as the intermediary variable,innovation performance(explicit innovation performance,recessive innovation performance)as the dependent variable.In this article,reference is made to the mature questionnaires of domestic and foreign scholars.There are 202 valid questionnaires were collected through the questionnaire.The empirical analysis of the samples in this article we collected were carried out by using SPSS24.0 to verify the hypothesis and model.The conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Degree centrality,relationship strength and relationship quality of collaborative innovation network have significant positive effects on innovation performance.(2)Degree centrality,relationship strength and relationship quality of collaborative innovation network have significant positive effects on knowledge sharing.(3)Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on innovation performance and plays an intermediary role between network characteristics and innovation performance.(4)Recessive knowledge sharing has no significant effect on explicit innovation performance.Based on the conclusions,we make the following recommendations:(1)Callaborative Innovation Center should enhance its degree centrality and strengthen and deepen the contact with other organizations to enhance own innovation performance.(2)Collaborative Innovation Center should establish awareness of knowledge sharing and strengthen the sharing of knowledge in collaborative innovation networks.(3)Value explicit knowledge sharing to enhance the innovation performance.(4)enterprises and universities should actively participate in collaborative innovation network,in order to enhance their own innovation performance and ability.
