Research On Chinese-Ukrainian Touristic Cooperation Potential Under The Light Of "Belt And Road" Initiative

After China has established the belt and road initiative,many countries along the way have taken full advantage of the opportunity to cooperate with China,so that their economy,culture and even tourism have been flourishing and thriving.Ukraine,the largest country in Europe,that's part of the Belt and Road program(most of the Russian land area being in Asia).It is also one of the first countries to respond to the initiative.At what is the degree of cooperation in China's "Belt and Road" initiative as China's strategic partner? And What is the belt and road initiative key strategy for the development of tourism cooperation between Ukraine and China? These constitute the main issues of this paper.In the theoretical part of the research,this paper relates the relevant literature on international tourism cooperation and regional tourism cooperation,as well as tourism between China and Ukraine both locally and abroad.It determines the starting point of this paper.In today's world,economic globalization and regional integration have become the trend of development.The extroversion,associative and international characteristics of the tourism industry make it have strong cross-border characteristics,so that the tourism economy has a more integrated internal driving force.International and regional touristic cooperation is in line with the development situation.The concept connotation of international tourism cooperation and regional tourism cooperation is already in work.Tourism cooperation between countries along the“Belt and Road” must not only follow the relevant laws of international tourism cooperation,but also meet the relevant requirements of regional tourism cooperation.In the empirical part of the research,this paper studies the tourism development of China and Ukraine as well as the current situation of China-Ukraine cooperation in tourism.In this study,the Delphi method is used to determine the main influencing factors of the cooperation in tourism between China and Ukraine in terms of cooperation fields,subjects,modes and mechanisms,and uses factor analysis method to analyze the factors related to tourism development potential of China and Ukraine from 2007 to 2018 Based on the principal component analysis of the underlying statistical data,it is concluded that the tourism development potential of both China and Ukraine is on the rise,and the touristic cooperation between the two sides also has development potential.On the premise of fully discussing the practical problems existing in the touristic cooperation between Ukraine and China,this paper studies and analyzes the field,content,mode,mechanism and path of the cooperation between Ukraine and China in the field of tourism,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the specific implementation of the further development of the touristic cooperation between China and Ukraine.With a view to providing some useful experiences for the“Belt and Road” international tourism cooperation.
