Our country's communication companies are facing a competitive environment in which the homogenization of communication markets is fiercely competitive,the focus of business is shifted from the revenue of voice services to the revenue of mobile data and Internet services,and the diversified and personalized demands of consumers for communication services are increasing.In 2017,China Unicom's mixed reform was approved by the state.China Unicom and Tencent and other 12 companies jointly established a “smart alliance” to conduct comprehensive cooperation in new retail,home Internet,consumer Internet,and industrial Internet.This paper systematically studies many issues such as the competition strategy of Zhuhai LT Communication Company.Firstly,the literature research method is used to sort out the development of mixed ownership and communication industry at home and abroad,and a brief overview of competitive strategy theory and business model innovation is given.Secondly,following PEST and SWOT analysis.Zhuhai LT Communication Co.The internal and external environment has been systematically analyzed;on this basis,Zhuhai LT Communications' competitive strategy choices basic on cost leadership strategy,target agglomeration strategy and differentiation strategy that have been analyzed in detail,according to the applicability of strategic choices.The principle of strategic evaluation of the criteria,acceptability criteria and feasibility criteria,this study believes that Zhuhai LT Communications' competitive strategy should choose a differentiated competitive strategy;finally,from Zhuhai LT Communications' products,prices,channels,promotions and business models Innovative and other aspects of implementation of differentiated positioning,and proposed strategic implementation safeguards from the aspects of ideological understanding,strategy implementation,resource integration,supervision mechanism,public opinion propaganda and risk prevention mechanism.This paper focuses on the changes brought about by the mixed ownership reform to the competitive strategy of China Unicom's business level,and has some innovations.It has certain reference significance for the progress of China's communication industry in the context of mixed ownership reform.
