Research On The Human Capital Raising And Investment Of S Tunnel Engineering Corporation

In the era of the knowledge economy,the competitiveness of enterprises is the talent competition in the final analysis.As the important part o f the enterprise's capital,human capital is an important source of the enterprise's benefits,preservation and appreciation of it will promote the development of corporations.Therefore,an effective raising and investment of human capital is helpful for improving the quality of staff,management level,labor productivity,technological innovation capability,thereby to ensure that enterprises occupy a dominant position in the market competition to promote the development of corporations.This paper takes S Tunnel Engineering Corporation as the main body,adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical methods to research and analyze the problems of human capital raise and investment of the corporation,and proposes countermeasures based on its formation reasons.At first,This paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of human capital,defines the meaning and characteristics of human capital,analyzes the theory of human capital property rights,and then research on the raising and investment of human capital respectively.The raising of human capital is divided into two parts of internal and external raise of human capital,this paper analyzes their content,cost and risks;in terms of human capital investment,this paper studies its meaning,investment approaches and exist risks.On the basis of theoretical analysis,This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of human capital raising and investment of S Tunnel Engineering Corporation by using case analysis method,and studies the improvement measures to be taken by the corporation,then use the research results for one project of corporation to analyze the effectiveness which the measures bring.This paper made recommendations to improve the human capital raising and investment of S Tunnel Engineering Corporation through research,then take it in the practice and has achieved certain effect,it has certain reference significance for other construction enterprises.
