Siace the American economist J. R. Walsh brought forward the concept "humancaptital " in 1930s, the people began to pay much more attentions to the valuesof themselves. In the past years, specialists and scholars continued their theorystudy and anamnesis deduction, so the human capital theory has gradually formedand held a more and more important station in the economic theories. Peopleinereasingly realize that human capital has become an important kind ofstrategical resource and made an necessary effect, specially the effect oneliminating the economic developing bottleneck of the developing countries asit is the forth biggest product factors besides material capital,the earth andlabor force. Obviously, the study of the form and apply of human capital hasbeen brought out as an agenda.Our country now is on an economic continual developing stage and needs thesupport of lots of enterprises, which owns persons of liability and technology.The development of an enterprise is the building up of human capital on a certainextent. At present, there are extrusive problems in the human capital and humancapital investment of our enterprises. It needs the instruction of clear theoryand the support of corresponding mechanism. Human capital investment, which hasdeep theoretic and practical meaning to the healthy development of enterprises.According to the framework of the full thesis, it is composed of the prefaceand the main body. Firstly, I make a brief introduction of the theory study course,and point out the springboard is to bring out the important effect of humancapital to the economic developing and the limit that our enterprisesunderstanding and using the human capital investment.The text is divided into three parts:Chapter one is the general analysis on human capital investment ofenterprises. Firstly, it introduced the content of the human capital, and simplyanalysis the relation of human capital and the enterprises competition. Humancapital investment oF enterprises is one of the specific forms of human capital investment. The enterprises improve the people economic ability through a dealof investment. For the aim of improve the efficiency and ability of wholeinstitution. The final goal is to assure improving the producing ability ofenterprises, to large the enterprises advantage and the social advantage. Theinfluence of enterprises human capital investment includes three parts, onenterprises, on employees and on the countries.Chapter two is the situation of human capital investment and thereasons. Firstly, the writer takes the cases of the human capital of developedcountries, it proved that the enterprises have been getting the advantageinfluence through the human capital investment. The enterprises recognized theimportance slowly, but the investment situation of our country is unoptimistic.Especially including the following reasons, the human capital investment levelof enterprisers is too lowly, the insert hazard of enterprise's human capitalinvestment is very huge, the human capital investment level is low, such as thelow human capital investment efficiency and the big waste. Finally, it analysisthe core reason of enterprise's human capital investment in our country.Chapter three is the method of improving our enterprise's human capitalinvestment. At the point of the improving method, the writer's attitude is thatthe human capital investment is the important factor of enterprises long perioddevelopment. The way is to found the suitable environment of human capitalinvestment and to develop the situation of our enterprisers. On the other hand,it is to insert the management idea of keeping the human resource aS the core,to increase the gets on the human capital investment by founding and doing thesystematic training. Then, our enterprises can do the choice investment, getthe huge gains as more as possible by limited human capital investment. On theother hand, the enterprises should strength the risk management of the humancapital investment, in order to low the risk of investment.
