Survey On The Residential Satisfaction Of Dalian Public Rental Housing Project Research Operational Countermeasures

Taking Dalian public rental housing project as an example,this paper constructs a model of residential satisfaction of Dalian public rental housing project.By means of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,together with field visits and questionnaires of public rental housing projects in Dalian,this paper obtains the main indicators that affect customer satisfaction of public rental housing construction projects in Dalian and analyses the problems existing in the projects.Finally the solutions and tools to solve the problems are obtained,which can provide guidance for the Dalian Municipal Government and the project management departments to formulate policies.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,purpose and significance,points out the research object,research ideas and research methods,and briefly introduces the main research contents.In the second chapter,the basic concepts of public rental housing and the theory of customer satisfaction are introduced.In addition,the research status of public rental housing and the current situation of housing satisfaction at home and abroad are summarized.The third chapter is the construction of the model and index system of the residential satisfaction of public rental housing in Dalian,which provides support for the next satisfaction calculation.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the residential satisfaction of public rental housing in Dalian.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and path suggestions to improve the residential satisfaction of public rental housing in Dalian.This chapter analyses the factors affecting residential satisfaction,puts forward specific measures to improve public rental housing in Dalian,and puts forward rectification suggestions for the government and relevant departments.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.It summarizes the main research results and innovations of the full paper,and prospects the related issues that need to be further studied.This paper investigates the living conditions and housing satisfaction of public rental housing households in Dalian.It makes statistical analysis of the survey data,so as to fully grasp the present situation and existing problems of residential satisfaction of public rental housing in Dalian,and to provide some reference for the next construction of public rental housing.
