Research On The Effect Evaluation Tourism Precise Poverty Alleviation In The Former Revolutionary Area Based On Residents' Perception

The 19th Party's Congress ushered the"most stringent assessment and evaluation".It is foreseen that the future precise poverty alleviation tourism in the former revolutionary area will surely enter the acceptance stage.The improvement of the evaluation system and methods is of great significance.At present,the academic research on effect evaluation on tourism poverty alleviation effect evaluation is increasing gradually,but there'are still very limited research effect evaluation on tourism precise poverty alleviation effect evaluation the former revolutionary area.It is not only the need of the reality of poverty alleviation,but also the need of the development of tourism poverty alleviation theory to upgrade the evaluation of tourism precise poverty alleviation effect in the former revolutionary area.Since 2015,Liangjiahe Village began to rely on the Zhiqing culture to develop tourism.In three years,Liangjiahe Village created a model of tourism precise poverty alleviation in Liangjiahe Village.This paper takes the field survey data of Liangjiahe Village as the main analysis data,according to the three-level coding paradigm of programmatic grounded theory,by open coding,spindle coding and core coding to analyse the in-depth interview data with in-depth interviews data with local residents to constructe a conceptual model based on residents undefined perception to evaluate the precise poverty alleviation effect of tourism in the former revolutionary area,and combined with academic perspective to carry on the preliminary construction of evaluation index system.The evaluation index was optimized by means of exploratory factor analysis.Finally,a target system for evaluating the precision poveity alleviation effect of tourism in the former revolutionary area was obtained,which covered 6 dimensions and 24 specific indicators.On the basis of the construction of the evaluation index system,the weights of the indexes at all levels are determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the tourism precision poverty alleviation effect evaluation in the former revolutionary area is constructed.Taking Liangjiahe village as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was applied,and the fuzzy comprehensive score of Liangjiahe village was 3.883,and the corresponding comment set was"better".The fuzzy scores of policy influence,self-demand,social demand,family demand,survival and living environment,village democracy governance were 3.893,3.882,3.595,3.908,4.102,4.194,which were above 3 points and tended to be"better"level.According to the evaluation results,in the follow-up development of tourism precise poverty alleviation,Liangjiahe Village is supposed to establish fair and effective benefit distribution mechanism and participation mechanism,protect the fine tradition and spirit of old revolutionary area,establish modern enterprise system,change from satisfying the basic work and income demand of residents to improve the ability of sustainable development of residents,etc.
