By observing the current situation of performance management in company A,the author finds that there are team leaders with good performance for three consecutive years. This paper hopes to analyze the behaviors of these high-performing team leaders, summarize the relationship between their behavioral characteristics and performance, establish the leadership model of the operation team of company A,and apply the results to the recruitment, selection, training and other specific work of company A.With the method of empirical research, this paper conducts a 360-degree interview with the leaders of high-performance teams, namely, interviews with their immediate superiors, subordinates, peers and themselves to extract their descriptions of the behaviors of leaders. Then these descriptions were coded and summarized to form a questionnaire.Send this questionnaire to the staff of the operation department to fill in.After the questionnaire is collected, sort out the data and delete the data of repeated filling or unqualified questionnaires. In this paper,SPSS 20 was used for statistical analysis of data, including dimensional reduction analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis. The exploratory factor analysis was used in the dimensionality reduction analysis, and the first exploratory factor analysis was carried out after the KMO value and bart spherical test were passed. The second exploratory factor analysis was carried out after removing the variables of load cross factor, the variables of load coefficient less than 0.4 and the variables with obviously incorrect factor attribution division. The KMO value, bate spherical test and factor loading coefficient of the second factor analysis met the standard requirements. Therefore, this paper successfully extracted five factors, namely: moral charm, communication and coordination, training and counseling, care and encouragement, and target management. The second step was to perform a reliability analysis using the Cronbach coefficient. After calculation, the Cronbach coefficient values of all dimensions of the questionnaire were greater than 0.7.The total correlations of the corrected items were all greater than 0.4.In the value of the deleted alpha coefficient, except for the item of "match words with deeds",the value of alpha increased by 0.026 and did not reach the condition of 0.1 to be deleted. All the other items showed a slight decrease in the value of alpha, indicating a high reliability level of the questionnaire. The last step is the validity analysis. In this paper, exploratory factor analysis was used for the validity analysis. In the previous dimension reduction analysis, the KMO value of this questionnaire was 0.772,and the Bartlett sphericity test Sig value was less than 0.05,indicating that it was suitable for exploratory factor analysis. As can be seen from the results,a total of 5 factors were extracted. The cumulative variance contribution rate of these five factors was 80.16%.The variance interpretation rate of each factor after rotation was more than 10%.In addition, the common degree value of each item was higher than 0.6.The data prove that the reliability and validity of this questionnaire are high.In this paper, the system model of team management is established according to the system characteristics of the team, and the impact of the five factors extracted above on team performance is described. Finally, the author puts forward some opinions and Suggestions on the team building of A company.
