| In the era of service economy,with the aggravation of competition,the competition among enterprises gradually develops into the competition among supply chains.In order to win in the competition,enterprises begin to attach importance to customer resources,to realize the unity of value creation and value exchange process through effective collaboration with customers.The logistics service supply chain,which is composed of customer enterprises,integrated logistics enterprises and functional logistics enterprises,aims at the optimization of overall benefits,and realizes value co-creation through effective integration of resources by interaction.Based on the analysis of the operation status of the node enterprises in the logistics service supply chain,focus on the value co-creation mechanism of the logistics service supply chain,and how to formulate a scientific and reasonable income distribution mechanism,so as to improve the coordination between the node enterprises and promote the coordinated and stable development of the value co-creation alliance.Firstly,systematically analyzing the value co-creation mechanism of logistics service supply chain based on service dominant logic theory.Through the literature research and the summary of practical data,define the main body,relationship and operation of logistics service supply chain;Comb the service-oriented logic theory,and apply that to the field of logistics,to explain the value co-creation in the logistics service supply chain below;Based on the above research results,expound the value co-creation mechanism of logistics service supply chain from two perspectives of interaction and integration.Secondly,distributing the value co-creation profit of logistics service supply chain.Exclude the uncontrollable external factors of value co-creation stability,such as market and policy.At the same time,considering that income is an important goal pursued by enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce Shapley value method to establish the income distribution model of value co-creation.In view of the inherent defects of this method,select three factors that affect the income distribution,that are resource input,risk factors and enterprise status,to modify the Shapley value income distribution model.Finally,choosing the logistics service supply chain which is dominated by BS company and 4F company as the case study object.Use the above research results: the theoretical framework of value co-creation mechanism of logistics service supply chain and the method model of income distribution for case study from three aspects of interaction,integration and economic benefits.Calculate the income distribution results by using the internal data of the enterprises,so as to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions with universality. |
