Research On Benefit Distribution Of Green Food Sustainable Supply Chain

With people's growing preference for green food,more and more food enterprises are targeting the green food market and choosing to seek their long-term development by joining the supply chain.In the face of the rising tide of global environmental protection and the international attention to social responsibility,the construction of green food sustainable supply chain has become a mainstream means for more and more green food enterprises to adapt to market changes and seek long-term development of enterprises.However,after the overall interests of the supply chain are improved,how to distribute the interests reasonably,fairly and fairly becomes the key to affect the enterprise's enthusiasm for cooperation and the stable operation of the supply chain.First,this paper based on the green food sustainable supply chain structure,analyzed the main role of six nodes in the supply chain,including the production materials suppliers,green food raw manufacturers producer,green food processors,logistics transporters,distributors and consumers,as well as their influence between each other,and the interest relationship between the upstream and downstream nodes are analyzed.Since the subsequent research takes the secondary supply chain composed of manufacturers and processors as the research object,the interest relationship between them is analyzed in detail,and based on the quality level of raw materials to draw the interest relation diagram between them.Secondly,taking the quality level of green food raw materials provided by manufacturers and the intention of processors to fulfill the contract as the game strategy of both sides,the game analysis was conducted on manufacturers and processors,which proved the necessity of cooperative game and laid the foundation for benefit analysis by Shapley value method.Then,from the perspective of sustainable development of supply chain,Shapley value method is improved to build a benefit distribution model suitable for the sustainable supply chain of green food.Finally,the feasibility and rationality of the benefit distribution model are proved through the example analysis and comparative analysis of different benefit distribution results.The results show that the non-cooperative game among cooperators can be transformed into cooperative game by formulating strong binding agreement and introducing punishment and incentive measures in the sustainable supply chain of green food,so as to satisfy the increase of supply chain members' interests and the maximization of the overall interests and achieve a win-win situation..On the basis of the cooperative game,when Shapley value method is used to distribute the benefits of the green food sustainable supply chain,the factors affecting the benefit distribution in the environmental and social dimensions should also be taken into account,the profit distribution scheme can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of members of the supply chain cooperation,realize the sustainable development of the supply chain.
