Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Products Export Trade To Russia In Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang province has been carrying out border trade with Russia for more than 300 years due to its superior resources and geographical advantages,among which agricultural products trade plays an important role in border trade.Due to the low land productivity caused by Russia's climatic conditions,extensive production mode and shortage of agricultural labor force,the demand of Russian residents for most agricultural products in daily life cannot be satisfied.At the same time,Russia's long-term policy of heavy industry and light agriculture has led to a shortage of agricultural workers,which has put Russian agriculture in a secondary position in the national economy.Heilongjiang province has rich agricultural resources,large agricultural population,and lush forest and grassland resources are also conducive to the development of animal husbandry.Therefore,the trade of agricultural products has special significance for both countries.In recent years,although the export trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia has developed rapidly,there are still some problems,such as weak export competitiveness of agricultural products,low added value of products,insufficient deep processing capacity.Based on the theory of international trade,this paper sorted out the current situation of Russia's agricultural export trade,and then proposed the deficiencies in the development process of agricultural export trade with Russia,and PEST analysis is used to analyze the favorable and unfavorable external influencing factors of heilongjiang province's export trade of agricultural products to Russia from four aspects including political P,economic E,social S and technical T,and analytic hierarchy process was used to conduct empirical analysis on relevant factors,according to the degree of influence,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the export of agricultural products from Heilongjiang province to Russia,such as improving the quality of agricultural products,increasing the added value of agricultural products and the content of science and technology,improve the policy system to promote the export of agricultural products,so as to promote the development of agricultural products export trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia.
