The Search On The Factors Of Sustainable Development Of Non-State Owned Science And Technology Enterprises Of Hebei Province

Along with the policy of"Reform and Open", non-state owned science and technology enterprises have grew rapidly, they have become important components of our socialist market economy and sustain the development of our society. However, with the increasingly fierce competition of market, there are lots of problems lie in most non-state owned science and technology enterprises. Compared with western developed countries, the life cycles of non-state owned science and technology enterprises are commonly relatively short. Consequently, it has become a new subject worth consideration to promote sustainable development of non-state owned science and technology enterprises.This thesis takes the sustainable development theory as foundation, refers to the domestic and foreign research achievement, on the basis of widespread investigation and study, proposed the system of influencing factors of sustainable development. Then, the author does questionnaire surveys and on-the–spot investigation, comprehensively collected the correlative data of non-state owned science and technology enterprises in Hebei Province, went through the exploratory factor analysis(EFA), summarizes six potential influencing factors of sustainable development of non-stated owned science and technology enterprises in Hebei Province. And, according to the structural equation model(SEM) analysis method, the author establishes the research model of non-state owned science and technology enterprises in Hebei Province. After that, the author does the fitting examination on the research model, and analyzes the result of the examination, and Finally find the most influential factor of the sustainable development and the main problem of the non-state owned science and technology enterprises, and provides the suggestions.
