Study On The International Production Capacity Cooperation Between China And ASEAN From The Perspective Of Symbiosis Theory

International production capacity cooperation is an international economic cooperation model proposed by China in the new era.It is also an important move of China to promote the construction of “One Belt and One Road”.As a region along the “One Belt and One Road”,ASEAN is a key part in China's international production capacity cooperation.Actively promoting international production capacity cooperation between China and ASEAN will not only effectively resolve the problem of overcapacity in China,but also make great contributions to ASEAN's economic construction and promote mutual benefits and win-win results.This paper will analyze the international production capacity cooperation between China and ASEAN from the perspective of symbiosis theory.Firstly,define the relevant concepts of symbiosis and symbiotic relationship,symbiotic model and degree of symbiosis.On the basis of symbiosis theory,it is determined that there is indeed a symbiotic relationship between China and ASEAN in production capacity cooperation.Secondly,analyze the development status of China and ASEAN international cooperation capacity,including productivity method of cooperation between China and ASEAN,namely,foreign direct investment,foreign contracted projects and foreign industrial park,and cooperation mechanism between China and ASEAN,namely,the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement,the ASEAN-China,Japan and Korea cooperation mechanism and China-ASEAN free trade area.Then,according to the present situation of production capacity in China and ASEAN international cooperation,on the basis of symbiosis theory,analyze the symbiosis base of international production cooperation between China and ASEAN,namely,the symbiosis units,the symbiotic mediums,the symbiotic environment and determine its symbiotic model.The symbiotic units include the economic development of China and ASEAN countries and China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation.Symbiotic mediums include infrastructure construction of money demand and raw material demand.Symbiotic environment includes China and ASEAN external macroeconomic environment,political environment and the impact of the surrounding environment on the symbiotic relationship between China and ASEAN.According to the behavior mode,the behavior mode of production capacity cooperation between China and ASEAN is asymmetric and mutually beneficial mode.According to the division of organization mode,the organization mode of production capacity cooperation between China and ASEAN is continuous symbiosis mode.Finally,this paper uses principal component analysis to quantitatively analyze the degree of symbiosis betweenChina and ASEAN in the integration of production capacity cooperation,and based on the measurement model and evaluation score of the degree of symbiosis analyzes the time evolution process of the degree of symbiosis between China and ASEAN in production capacity cooperation.Based on the symbiotic system eventual evolution direction,namely symmetry mutual integration symbiotic model,this paper proposes establishing a reasonable mechanism for distributing symbiotic interests,improving the multilateral exchange mechanism among symbiotic units,accelerating the construction of overseas industrial parks,and vigorously developing interconnectivity investment to promote cooperation between China and ASEAN international capacity effective development deeply,and to provide the reference for the international capacity cooperation for China and other areas.
