With the development of the economy and the progress of society, people pay more attention to natural resources and environmental protection. The concept of green has penetrated into the industry and the lives of people. The demand of green products is gradually increasing, which requires companies to transform the idea from traditional supply chain management to green supply chain management.Among them, green supplier selection,as a key link, affects the cost control, quality of products, profits and core competitiveness. In order to explore how to select the best supplier and make a scientific decision, this paper investigates the following four aspects: performance evaluation system, experts' weight allocation, criteria weights determination, and decision making methods selection. In this thesis, the necessity and significance of green supply chain management is elaborated first. And then the significant position of green supplier is discussed in green supply chain management.Based on the difference between traditional supplier selection and green supplier selection, the principles and procedures of green supplier selection are successively proposed.Furthermore,a performance evaluation system is established from the aspects of economy criteria and green criteria by means of document analysis and questionnaire. To reflect the bounded rationality of decision makers,a multiple criteria group decision making method is developed, named as an extended TODIM(an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multicriteria decision making)in the context of heterogeneous environment, where heterogeneous information is comprised of accurate numbers, interval numbers, trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. In our proposed method, the experts' weights are determined with the help of Shapely value, which considers the interaction among decision makers.Meanwhile,a criteria weight determination method, integrated BWM(Best Worst Method)with group decision making,is presented to improve the consistency and reduce computational complexity. To verify the feasibility of the proposed method,it is applied to select green building materials suppliers and compared with heterogeneous TOPSIS method. It can be concluded that the proposed method is effective, applicable and flexible, which focuses on the comparison between any two alternatives. Finally, some conclusions and future directions are given. The motivations are listed as follows: First,a complete performance evaluation system is established based on document analysis and questionnaire, and an extended BWM method in group decision making is proposed.Second,a heterogeneous TODIM approach is developed to handle multiple criteria group decision making problems, which considers the interaction among decision makers by means of Shapely value.
