During the period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the international and domestic environment faced by coal enterprises is more complicated and complicated than in previous years.The competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense.The world energy structure gradually adjusts toward clean and environmental protection,low energy saving and energy saving.Recognition and favor;in the past long-term as the main energy of the proportion of coal consumption is declining,the problem of over-production of coal increasingly serious,structural reorganization and production capacity to put on the agenda;extensive extensive coal production methods have been criticized,intensive and efficient production methods Become the direction of reform;international and domestic markets and consumers of environmental protection and awareness of a substantial increase in conservation,sustainable development and the concept of circular economy become a global consensus.Ecological problems have become increasingly prominent,forcing people to abandon the past high investment,high consumption,high emission development,to promote green growth,the implementation of the Green New Deal,attention to green supply chain research and practice.Therefore,in order to take into account the economic and environmental benefits,coal enterprises to implement green supply chain and to the "green" change has become the trend,and urgent.In this context,this paper focuses on the green supply chain,focusing on the evaluation and selection of material suppliers in coal enterprises.First of all,summarize and review the green supply chain,supplier evaluation and other aspects of domestic and international research status,and then put forward the research ideas and framework.Secondly,it analyzes the basic connotation and characteristics of green supply chain,defines the concept of "green supply chain of coal enterprises",and summarizes and compares various common supplier evaluation methods,which together make up the theoretical basis of this paper.Thirdly,it analyzes the present situation andthe necessity of green enterprise supply chain.Then,depending on the five criteria of quality,cost,service,supplier competitiveness and green index,the evaluation index system of coal enterprise supplier considering green supply chain is constructed,and the indicators are briefly described.Then,based on the non-dimensional processing of the original data,AHP and entropy method are used to determine the comprehensive weight of the index,and then the gray correlation analysis method and TOPSIS method are utilized to establish the comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the model are checked by the verification and analysis of the above model.It is hoped that the concept of "green supply chain of coal enterprises" and the GRAP-TOPSIS evaluation method will enrich the research of "green supply chain" and "supplier selection",and make a positive effect on the green supply chain management of coal enterprises effect.
