Research On The Willingness To Quality And Safety Supervision In Traceable Agricultural Products Supply Chain

The issue of agricultural product supply chain safety is a long-term topic in China.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy,people's requirements for living standards have become higher and higher,so the demand for agricultural products has changed from a quantitative demand to a more attention to quality safety.Although China still draws on foreign experience to gradually establish and develop traceability systems for agricultural products,there are still deficiencies in it.Information asymmetry is the biggest problem.Many farmers and enterprises use this to send false traceability information to obtain greater profit.Therefore,taking into account the food safety of the broad masses of the people,realizing the win-win situation of the various subjects in the traceable agricultural product supply chain such as consumers,farmers and processing enterprises,establishing a traceable system of scientific and sustainable development,ensuring the safety of traceable agricultural product supply chains,and guiding the public participating in supervision to improve its security is an urgent problem to be solved.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,through the research and literature review of related researches at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the development status and problems of China's agricultural product traceability system,and further explores its regulatory mechanism,and proposes to introduce public supervision and other measures to improve.Secondly,this study uses the three-party evolutionary game model to study the strategic choices of the public,retroactive enterprises and the government in the various traceable regulatory systems in the traceable agricultural product supply chain,and conduct game analysis based on its replication dynamic equation.According to the strategy choice under the corresponding conditions,it can be found that public participation supervision has important significance for the development of the traceability system.At the same time,it summarizes the conclusions of the research analysis and summarizes some targeted suggestions that are beneficial to the good development of the traceability system.Then,using questionnaires to empirically analyze the public's willingness to participate in traceable agricultural product supervision.By analyzing the sample data and performing binary logistic regression analysis,it is concluded that there are specific factors that have a significant influence on the public participation in the traceability of traceable agricultural products.Based on these key factors,we can further study ways to enhance the willingness to participate in the public.Traceable to the goal of healthy and sustainable development of the system.Finally,based on the research results of this research,the conclusions are reasonably summarized,and relevant suggestions are put forward for the healthy development of traceable agricultural product supply chain,which has important reference significance for each subject in the supply chain.The future research direction will be correspondingly prospected.The research in this paper enriches the dual-channel closed-loop supply chain management theory.The research results provide an important reference for the pricing and channel selection of supply chain members,and have important practical significance for the government to better publicize and implement remanufacturing related policies.
