| The state-level high-tech industrial development zone gathers the most innovative enterprises in the region and is the "technology pole" for regional development.The development of China's national high-tech zones has gone through the second venture and officially entered three stages of entrepreneurship,indicating that the high-tech zones have undertaken an important historical mission of being the first to implement an innovation-driven development strategy.Although existing research has noted the function of national high-tech zones as regional economic growth poles and sources of innovation strategies,little research has been done on the mechanism between innovation and the economic output of high-tech zones,and it has rarely been discussed the impact on the regional economy from the perspective of innovation.In order to analyze the realistic path of high-tech zones to promote regional economic growth,the article combs the mechanism of high-tech zones on regional economic growth from an innovative perspective,and provides scientific basis for the high-tech zones' technological innovation and the rapid development of regional economy.The article conducts research based on the idea of “theoretical analysis-empirical analysis-countermeasures” proposed: by constructing a high-tech industrial development zone innovation network system to analyze the relationship between the participants of innovation activities and innovation elements in high-tech zones,the article focus on what kind of mechanism the national high-tech zones innovation network system make for the regional economy,and then uses the data to measure the contribution of the innovation network of the high-tech zone to the economy of the zones,the home city economy,and even the province economy of the high-tech zone located to further verify the validity of the mechanism analysis.And finally,according to the main conclusions,high-tech zones promote regional economic development and propose countermeasures.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)The innovation economic strength of the national high-tech zones has been significantly improved and the ability of innovation-driven development has been comprehensively improved in recent years.It has become the leading area for the city development and the engine of regional economic growth because of its impact on the high-quality development of our industry.(2)The innovation network of a national high-tech zone can affect regional economic growth through various paths from micro to macro.The role of the innovation network at the micro level is mainly reflected in the impact on the use of corporate factors,product types and quality,and the level of organizational management.The role of the meso level is mainly reflected in the impact on industrial institutions and innovation clusters.The role of the macro level is mainly reflected in the impact of technological innovation and technological progress.(3)Technological progress can significantly promote regional economic growth,and the impact is not limited by time and geography.(4)Accelerating the construction of innovative industrial clusters will help improve regional economic strength,but the construction of innovative clusters in China is still in its infancy.(5)Although the scale effects and agglomeration effects of high-tech industrial clusters can bring regional economic benefits,the development of high-tech industrial parks must avoid polarization effects and vicious competition caused by excessive concentration of enterprises.The innovation of the article lies in:(1)The article combines the theory of innovation into the research of high-tech zones and studies the impact mechanism of hightech zones on the regional economy from the perspective of innovation,making the research more realistic and academic.(2)The empirical process has been analyzed in a full sample,time period,and region,and has verified the impact of innovation in hightech zones on the economy of prefecture-level cities and provinces,making the regression results robust.The shortcomings of the article maybe affected by the availability of data the selection of indicators in empirical research may not be representative.In addition,the article does not study the impact of high-tech zone innovation on the regional economic structure and economic efficiency. |
