Research On The Development Of Chinese Farmers' Professional Production Cooperatives

In 2020,the 17 th central document guiding the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" was released,which pointed out that 2020 is the year to win the battle against poverty in an all-round way,and the supply of agricultural products and farmers' income must be guaranteed.Farmers' professional production cooperatives as a new management main body,the appearance and growth is in conformity with the social and economic development law,also is in conformity with the rural situation,to support the development of farmers' professional production cooperatives can help guarantee the supply of agricultural products,expand the channels of increasing farmers' income,and conducive to the realization of the national rural revitalization strategy.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,cooperative business model diversification,and production cooperatives is the product of the current productivity,its distribution is wide,different rural areas in our country is booming,its development has made a lot of achievements,to a great extent,and so did the farmers' income and promote the development of rural economy.However,there are many problems in the process of development.In the process of the development of farmers' specialized production cooperatives,a number of fake and empty cooperatives have appeared in order to cheat the state tax incentives,which have wasted national policies and resources.The problems of unreasonable management structure and irregular operation in the specialized production cooperatives of farmers are prominent,and the problems of lack of funds,technology and talent support are all restricting the development of the specialized production cooperatives of farmers.Only by facing up to the problems faced by the development of farmers' specialized production cooperatives,further exploring the causes of the problems and finding out the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems,can the development of farmers' specialized production cooperatives be further promoted.The cause analysis and path research of this paper are based on the perspectives of farmers' specialized production cooperatives themselves and the government.From the point of origin: on the one hand,farmers' professional production cooperatives operation is not standard,the governance structure is imperfect,supervision does not reach the designated position,farmers' professional production cooperatives member cooperation consciousness difference,an analysis of the financing,sales,etc,on the other hand from government support does not reach the designated position,imperfect laws and regulations,not for the farmers' professional production cooperatives development carries on the analysis of creating a favorable external environment.From the perspective of development approach,farmers' specialized production cooperatives in the new era must not damage the interests of farmers in the development process,must adhere to the reality,implement the basic principles of the new development concept to achieve long-term sustainable development.From the perspective of the development of farmers' specialized production cooperatives,farmers' specialized production cooperatives should pay more attention to the integration of the three industries,vigorously develop emerging industries,pay attention to the improvement of management mechanism and the cultivation of talents,continuously improve the quality of products,strengthen the cooperation with other farmers' specialized production cooperatives,and form brand effect.From the national macroeconomic regulation and control,the government should be more clear own orientation,from propaganda,policy support to increase the whole social recognition of cooperatives from the perfection of laws and regulations,on the improvement of the infrastructure and the construction of the platform support,for the development of farmers' professional production cooperatives creating a favorable external environment.
