This paper analyzes and studies the platform operation mode and consumer choice of cross-border e-commerce between China and Japan,based on the progress of e-commerce between China and Japan,studies the cross-border e-commerce between China and Japan from the perspective of trade,the market scale and utilization trend of China and Japan,as well as further development and suggestions in the future.By studying the cross-border e-commerce born with the development of the Internet,focusing on China,the largest market in the world,and analyzing the behavior of consumers,this paper demonstrates how to bring new impact on international trade.Using e-commerce can reduce the cost of overseas trade and enable more enterprises to engage in trade.In platform commerce,services that previously could only be obtained by payment can now be obtained free of charge,etc.,and the consumer surplus(the difference between the amount that consumers think can be paid and the actual payment price)expands.In addition,for consumers,saving time,increasing options,information and other benefits.First of all,the history and characteristics of e-commerce between China and Japan,as well as the existing problems of e-commerce enterprises are defined and compared.Alibaba in China in 1999,Lotte and Yahoo in Japan started cross-border e-commerce business in 1996.After 1996,with the popularization of computers and the integration of Internet infrastructure,cross-border e-commerce websites grew for the first time.At the same time,with the development of cross-border e-commerce market,consumer disputes have taken place.Therefore,the state has prepared laws on cross-border e-commerce to protect consumers.Since 2010,smart phones have been popularized,and cross-border e-commerce has grown more vigorously.Recently,the number of enterprises providing sales services for smartphone applications is increasing,and it can be expected that this trend will increase in the future.Secondly,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the consumer behavior choice model of cross-border e-commerce in China and Japan.Through the comparative analysis of the behavior of Chinese and Japanese consumers,the charging mode and decision-making of Chinese and Japanese consumers,the difference of information quantity between China and Japan and the decision-making of consumers,the paper compares and analyzes the decision-making of consumers.Finally,the paper studies the choice of operation mode of cross-border e-commerce platform between China and Japan.As for countermeasures,in China,for cross-border e-commerce customs clearance,it is necessary to introduce "three single systems"(unified management system of order,settlement and logistics data)to provide eff-iciency,reduce failure,and at the same time,"due to the substantial revision of tax rate,the revenue model has changed a lot" and other issues.The language barrier is a problem in Japan and requires careful translation of the target language in the company's terms.Not only for sales,but also for cross-border e-commerce websites.As for suggestions,in terms of China's tax system and consumer disputes,in Japan,for local and small and medium-sized enterprises,to explore overseas markets,they need to send missions to other countries,open stores at trade fairs,etc.,and large-scale preparations.In contrast,cross-border e-commerce can expect to cut costs substantially.In the future,cross-border e-commerce trade will become a necessary tool for the revitalization of exports,small and medium-sized enterprises and local activation.This paper analyzes the choice of consumers by studying the operation mode of cross-border e-commerce platform between China and Japan.
