Research On The Influence Of Network Embedding On The Servitization Performance Of Manufacturing Industry Based On The Mediating Effect Of Network Location

Manufacturing is a pillar industry for China's economic development.With the release of the "made in China 2025" strategic plan by the state council,it has become a major strategic goal for China to become a manufacturing power,and promoting the servitization of manufacturing has become a way to gain greater competitive advantages.The servitization of manufacturing industry is to integrate servitization on the basis of maintaining the original manufacturing capacity,and to transform from product manufacturing to service.In the process of transition,corporate boundaries also gradually weakened,cross surface gradually expand the manufacturing and services,companies can through network location-aware industry internal and external environment change trend,enterprise and stakeholder interaction frequency and absorption and utilization of the resources in the social network becomes very important.Based on this,this paper studies the influence of network embedding on servitization performance of manufacturing industry,and provides strategic choices for the improvement of servitization performance of manufacturing enterprises in servitization transformation.Based on the analysis of the existing literature at home and abroad and the logical relationship between network embedding,network location and servitization performance of manufacturing industry,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis.Based on the research background of this paper,the scale of network embedding,network location and servitization performance was developed for manufacturing enterprises undergoing servitization transformation,and questionnaires were designed to collect data.SPSS20.0 and AMOSE17.0 statistical software were used for correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model construction,and hypotheses were tested.The results show that network embeddedness has a significant positive impact on the service performance of manufacturing industry;network embeddedness has a significant positive impact on network location;network location has a significant positive impact on the service performance of manufacturing industry;network location plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between network embeddedness and service performance of manufacturing industry.Therefore,this paper proposes that enterprises should strengthen the network embedding to promote the service performance of manufacturing industry,and provide feasible management enlightenment for the improvement of service performance of manufacturing enterprises in service transformation.
