Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Bricolage,Resource Integration Ability And New Enterprises Performance

The development and growth of new enterprises can promote social innovation,bring economic vitality to the region,and play a certain role in promoting social development.However,the problem of resources is a problem that many new enterprises will encounter,which is mainly manifested in the lack of resources,resource constraints and so on.These will become the obstacles for the start-up activities and long-term development of new start-ups,which results in the unsatisfactory performance of new start-ups.Therefore,based on the theory of entrepreneurial bricolage process,resource-based theory and enterprise growth theory,this paper studies the relationship among entrepreneurial bricolage,resource integration ability and the performance of new ventures.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward 15 research hypotheses among three variables: entrepreneurial bricolage,resource integration capability and performance of new start-ups,and constructs a conceptual model between entrepreneurial bricolage and performance of new start-ups based on the hypotheses.In order to verify the research hypothesis,the original research data were obtained by random questionnaire survey.Factor analysis and regression analysis were carried out on 374 valid data with SPSS software.The final researchresults showed that all 15 research hypotheses were valid,and the following conclusions were drawn about the relationship between the three variables:(1)entrepreneurial bricolage significantly positively affected the growth performance and financial performance of new ventures;(2)Entrepreneurial bricolage has a significant positive impact on resource integration ability;(3)resource integration ability and its dimensions play a part of intermediary role between entrepreneurial bricolage and resource integration ability.The research results of this paper enrich the entrepreneurial bricolage theory and reveal the internal mechanism of entrepreneurial bricolage's impact on the performance of new start-ups;provide relevant practical suggestions for new start-ups,and new start-ups should regularly carry out bricolage activities,treat internal and external resources in a targeted manner,and give full play to their resource integration ability reasonably,so as to promote the long-term development of financial performance and growth performance.
