Planning Analysis Of Characteristic Towns In Jiangsu And Research On Design Of Livable Home Products

The characteristic town is a new type of integrated development mode of urban and rural integration.Building a characteristic town is an important breakthrough to promote the integration of urban and rural development.General Secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions on building a characteristic town,emphasizing the transformation of the characteristic town to economic transformation and new type.Urbanization construction is of great significance.In this context,this paper studies how to guide the development of commercial economic industry in characteristic towns,how to combine people's livelihood and characteristic towns,how to reflect the livability of towns from the most subtle household products,and how to improve the characteristic towns.The living conditions and ecological environment of the people's livelihood to promote the construction and development of characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development scale,quantity and distribution of characteristic towns in the whole country,and concludes that the development of characteristic towns is large?the number is large?and the geographical distribution is uneven.The analysis of the supporting strength of the characteristic towns can be obtained.The development of characteristic towns comes from domestic policies and the active participation of all sectors of society.Analyzing the impact of the development of characteristic towns on population structure,land resources,industrial structure and economic structure,and concludes that characteristic towns have positive guiding role in all aspects of society after development.Secondly,taking the characteristic towns in Jiangsu as the research object,analyzing the types of characteristic towns in Jiangsu and the layout of architectural space and interior space,the types of characteristic towns in Jiangsu have great influence on the layout of buildings and the layout of interior spaces.According to the research content of the above-mentioned characteristic towns,based on the“people-oriented” livable planning concept,taking Nanjing Lishui District as an example,creatively proposed a new concept of the pre-planning of the characteristic town: “Center in the Town” and “NS” concept.Promote the livability construction of characteristic towns in Lishui District.“Center in the Town” includes a circular fusion diffusion mechanism scheme and a vertical and horizontal translation crossover mechanism scheme.“NS” includes a livable space ecological scheme and an indoor livable scheme in the outer zone.Finally,based on the “Center in the Town” and “NS” livable planning schemes,the relevant design of livable household products will be designed."Center in the Town" livable household products mainly include irregular six-side cabinet leisure desk,square cabinet irregular table,round cabinet irregular table three patent series desk products."NS" livable household products mainly Including steel frame fabric bookshelf / shelf and classical black lacquered solid wood stool two kinds of physical products,multi-functional coat hook and portable mosquito-repellentincense two patent products.
