X Company was originally affiliated to CRRC Qingdao SiFang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co.,Ltd.(formerly known as CSR Qingdao SiFang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co.,Ltd.,formerly China South Locomotive).After being restructured into a private enterprise,it still relies on the major OEMs of China CRRC Co.,Ltd.The main customers provide interior equipment to customers.Since 2014,the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has begun to shift from closed to semi-open.The industry in which X Company is located has continuously entered the industry across competitors,which has caused a big impact on the market.In the industry,X Company's two main competitors,J Company and W Company,have been listed one after another,and their product structure and financing capabilities have become quite different from their major competitors.X company has experienced the limit from the beginning to the mature,and is currently in the first generation of products and markets.It has encountered bottlenecks in both product structure adjustment and market share improvement.The choice of competitive strategy is the company's increasingly fierce market competition.The key issues that must be faced in breaking through the bottleneck.In this paper,we will use SWOT,PEST,five forces model and other tools to analyze the key factors of x company,such as product Structure Adjustment,target market choice,market share promotion,Operation Facing Limit Point,and major changes in competitive environment With the guidance of literature theory such as competitive strategy and competitive power,the strategic guiding ideology and strategic objectives are determined,and the competitive strategy and tactics adjustment of company x in the medium and long term are formulated,so as to find the breaking point To help achieve the company's strategic objectives.This papaer can clearly put forward the feasible competitive stratigyof X Compamy in the future.
