In recent years,in order to accelerate the transformation to a service-oriented government and improve public satisfaction,government departments pay more attention to the in-depth and promotion of purchasing services,so as to continuously optimize the government governance mode.How to evaluate the performance of government purchasing public services scientifically and effectively,and how to improve government purchasing behavior,are the key points of government purchasing service research and service-oriented government construction.Therefore,in order to make the performance evaluation more scientific,reasonable and objective,it is necessary to find a performance evaluation index system suitable for the government purchase service projects in China,which will lay the foundation for the government to save financial funds and promote the government purchase service work in the future,especially to provide practical experience and methods for the improvement of the quality of government purchase service.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and through combing the domestic and foreign government purchase service related literature,to explore the significance and importance of this research,and clarify the main research methods and contents of this paper,to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research;the second chapter is to introduce the connotation,theoretical basis and phase of the current government purchase service performance evaluation In the third chapter,we choose the performance evaluation method of government purchasing service,and introduce "4E" index and AHP;in the fourth chapter,we take P county sanitation market project as an example,use "4E" index and AHP to construct the index system of relevant performance evaluation from four dimensions,and use questionnaire to adjust Check the index system,calculate the weight of each index through AHP,and use the questionnaire to score the performance of P county's sanitation marketization project,combine the weight to get the performance evaluation results of P county's sanitation marketization project,and analyze the results;chapter five,according to the above theoretical research and case analysis,from the government purchase service performance evaluation of each The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect.
