Research On The Evaluation Of Patent Right Based On The Purpose Of Pledge Loan

The wheel of history is unstoppable.Intellectual property has already entered the stage of history.As an important pillar of intellectual property,the role of patent rights in business management and economic development has become increasingly prominent.Especially for some small and medium-sized technology companies,patent rights can not only provide competitive advantages for their products,but also provide pledged loan opportunities.Therefore,it is important for the evaluation of patent rights.The three traditional methods have their shortcomings in the evaluation of patent rights.The common problem of the three methods is that they ignore the characteristics of patent management that can bring flexible management to enterprises.Therefore,this article proposes to use the option method to evaluate the patent right,thus highlighting the value of the rights brought by the patents flexible management.This paper selects the patent right combination used by Xian XX Company and the pledge loan as the evaluation object.Because the cost method and the market method lack the usable conditions,they are first valued by the income method,and the result is 13.3293 million yuan.The analysis method improves the share rate adjustment coefficient,and the income method is used again to obtain 13.1584 million yuan,and the data is used as the final result of the income method.Then,taking into account the characteristics of flexible management,the B-S model was used for valuation.The result was RMB 15.303 million,which was RMB 2.14446 million more than RMB 13.1584 million in the income method.This extra part reflects the value of flexible management rights of the enterprise.In view of the fact that the B-S model takes into account the right of patents to give enterprises flexible management,in the end,15.330,000 yuan was adopted as the final evaluation result.In view of the insufficient credibility of the one-time evaluation results,the robustness analysis and the sensitivity analysis of the evaluation results of each method were performed separately,and the results showed that the evaluation values were highly credible.The evaluation process reflects many problems of the value evaluation of patent rights from the perspective of pledge loans,and provides a certain reference significance for the value evaluation of patent rights.However,the process of determining the parameters involved in the B-S model requires more research.
