Study On Industry-University-Research Institute Cooperation Innovation Network Of Electronic Information Industry In Yangtze River Delta

Under the background of economic globalization,the influence of innovation in economic development is changing rapidly.As an important carrier of inter-regional sharing of innovation element,cooperation of innovation subject and transformation of innovation achievement,innovation network attract wide attention of scholars in economics and geography.As a leading industry affecting the global economy and national competitiveness,the electronic information industry has been identified as the high-tech industry and strategic emerging industry supported by the country.As the most dynamic region of China's economic development,the development of the electronic information industry in the Yangtze river delta region plays an important role in the national electronic information industry.Therefore,Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to comprehensively analyze and study the formation and evolution of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation innovation network in the electronic information industry in the Yangtze river delta region.Work based on Incopat patent database access 26 ground level and above cities in Yangtze river delta of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation patent data as the research object,take 26 cities as space unit,use social network analysis and spatial analysis methods of electronic information industry in Yangtze river delta formation and evolution of cooperative innovation network of in-depth study.Firstly,the current situation of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation in electronic information industry is analyzed from the aspects of industrial foundation,innovation mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation,scientific and technological talents,product characteristics,and policy environment.Secondly,from the perspective of the formation and evolution,the development stage of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation network in the electronicinformation industry in the Yangtze river delta is divided,and the internal mechanism of its development is analyzed.Secondly,the evolution and spatial evolution of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation innovation network in electronic information industry are analyzed.Finally,the paper studies the development trend and promotion mechanism of the Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation innovation network,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Strong industrialfoundation,good cross-border cooperation,increasing scientific research strength,and solid policy support create a good environment for the Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation innovation network of the electronic information industry in the Yangtze river delta region.But,there are some problems,such as uneven distribution of innovation resources and obvious differentiation of cooperation capacity.(2)The development of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation network is mainly in three stages.The cultivation stage of the electronic information industry in the Yangtze river delta is dominated by the introduction of foreign capital,and the electronic information industry is dominated by the introduction of foreign capital.In the initial stage,the number of innovation subjects and cooperation continued to increase,and the level of innovation cooperation was not high.In the development stage,the network has entered the stage of rapid development,with its scale continuously expanding and its cooperative innovation at a high level.(3)The structure of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation innovation network tends to be dense from loose.From 2000 to 2005,the structure of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation innovation network tends to be loose on the whole,and the innovation network is in the chain structure,which is in the cultivation period of the development of Industry-University-Research closer,the number of cooperation links between the main bodies is increasing rapidly,and the cooperative innovation network forms a "core-edge" structure,which is in the development period.(4)Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation in the electronic information industry among cities in the Yangtze river delta mainly focuses on the cooperation among the regional central cities such as Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou,Suzhou and Hefei,and the level of cooperation innovation is significantly higher than that of other cities.In addition,geographical proximity and traffic location play a certain role in the development of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation network of electronic information industry among cities in the Yangtze river delta region.(5)Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation between the electronic information industry in the Yangtze river delta region and the whole country is closely related to the level of inter-regional economic development.In addition,in the selection of trans-regional cooperative innovation,Sichuan,Chongqing,Hubei and other provinces and cities in the Yangtze river economic belt,Liaoning,Heilongjiang and other northeast provinces have higher levels of join R&D activities,but less cooperation with the northwest region,indicating that inter-regional Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation is significantly affected by the national strategy.(6)Cross-border cooperation and Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation integration is an important way to promote the development of industry-university-research cooperation innovation network in the electronic information industry in the Yangtze river delta region.We should give full play to the core role of the network construction of colleges and institutes.We will pay close attention to the relationship between universities,research institutes,enterprises and intermediary organizations,especially the establishment of inter-provincial and inter-provincial innovation cooperation mechanism,increase the support of government innovation policies,and promote the sustained and steady development of Industry-University-Research Institute cooperation and innovation network in the electronic information industry in the Yangtze river delta region.
