Research On The Evaluation Of High-quality Integrated Development Of Regional Tourism

In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the statement of high-quality development for the first time,pointing out that China's economic development has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.On November 5,the following year,President Xi Jinping mentioned in his speech at the opening ceremony of the first China International Import Expo that he would support the regional integration and development of the Yangtze River Delta and become a national strategy.In the context of the superimposition of two major development strategic opportunities,tourism development in the Yangtze River Delta has ushered in new challenges,and at the same time,it has also brought new development ideas.High-quality development puts forward new requirements for tourism integration in the Yangtze River Delta.Integrated development provides a driving force for the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta.The two promote each other and develop together.In this study,a high-quality integrated development evaluation system for regional tourism was established from the five dimensions of innovative development,efficient development,green development,open development,and shared development,using a combination of literature analysis,quantitative and qualitative research,and interdisciplinary research methods.The selection of evaluation indicators is based on the past research on the integration of regional tourism and the connotation of high-quality development.The determination of indicator weights is a combination of the entropy method and the expert scoring method.The evaluation system was used to evaluate the high-quality integrated development of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta,and the evaluation results were divided into four categories,corresponding to four development stages:the retrogressive development stage,the stagnant development stage,the steady development stage,and the rapid development stage.The results of the study found that,overall,the development of high-quality integrated tourism in the Yangtze River Delta region in 2006-2018 was stagnant.From a micro perspective,from 2006 to 2018,the Yangtze River Delta region experienced five changes in the high-quality integrated development stage of tourism.In 2010,it was mainly affected by the foreign exchange dimension of tourism.It changed from a retrograde period to a rapid development period.The impact of dimensions has changed from a rapid development period to a development regression period.In 2013,it was mainly affected by the quality dimension of tourists.It changed from a development regression period to a steady development period.In 2014,affected by the overall regression of each evaluation dimension,it changed from a steady development period to a development regression period,2017.Affected by the overall improvement of each evaluation dimension,the year has changed from a period of retrogression to a period of stagnation in development.Innovative development was in a stagnant state from 2006 to 2018 and experienced six phase changes;efficient development was significantly improved during 2006-2018 and experienced five phase changes;green development was steadily improving in 2006-2018 The state of development has experienced 10 phase changes;open development has experienced a certain setback in the development process from 2006 to 2018,and has experienced 5 phase changes.Shared development has experienced a certain setback in the development process from 2006 to 2018,and has experienced 3 Second stage change.Then,this article analyzes the causes of the phase changes of the overall and each dimension in combination with relevant data and current event background.Based on the analysis results,this paper proposes an improvement path for the high-quality integrated development of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta region from five perspectives : policy guidance,network technology,cultural and tourism integration promotion,market maintenance and support,and event support.
