Against the background of continuous deepening of globalization,the division of labor in the labor market has become increasingly detailed.The traditional labor-management relationship can no longer meet the actual needs of enterprise development,so the labor dispatching has emerged as a method of employment.Under this labor relationship,labor dispatch personnel have changed from the traditional labor-management relationship to a tripartite relationship between laborers,labor companies,and labor companies.As a result,more and more labor disputes about dispatching employees have become a hot topic for many experts and scholars.This article summarizes the research results of scholars,clarifies the theoretical results related to labor dispatch,and combines domestic and foreign literature on labor dispatch to establish the deep impact of labor dispatch on enterprise development.As a large manufacturing company,Company F uses labor services to dispatch employees to meet production needs.Although the use of labor dispatch can greatly reduce the cost of the enterprise and improve the business performance of the enterprise,it also brings many problems.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of F company 's employment,this paper designs a questionnaire to conduct an in-depth investigation and analysis from three aspects: the personal situation of dispatched employees,the management status of dispatched employees,and the analysis of dispatched employees 'claims,and then summarizes the labor dispatches of F company.Employment management issues,such as chaotic management of labor dispatch companies,excessively high proportion of labor dispatched employees of company F,lack of relevant management systems and standards,lack of effective communication mechanisms,serious unequal pay for equal work,lack of promotion mechanisms,and labor dispatch Issues such as career planning.On this basis,put forward measures to improve the management of labor dispatching of F company,such as improving thecooperative relationship between F company and labor dispatching company,improving the management system of labor dispatching employees,improving the salary and welfare mechanism,optimizing the promotion channel,and attaching importance to the construction of labor dispatching staff Etc.,and improve the corresponding guarantee measures,so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the company management system,salary and treatment,promotion and development,and employee spiritual needs.Through the research in this article,I hope that it can provide suggestions for the management of labor dispatching of enterprises.
