| The One Belt and One Road actively encourages Chinese companies to go out and open up overseas markets,while promoting insurance companies to provide services for Chinese companies to invest overseas.YC insurance company is viewed as the research object,which is the first financial institution in the China-Belarus Industrial Park,along with the development of the work with the relevant national about policy communication,trade exchange,facilities unicom,funds accommodation as well as hearts interlinked,facing great opportunities;But due to lack of experience,coupled with the differences between China and Belarus in politics,economics and cultural environment,YC insurance enterprise may face various risks in the process for escorting oversea Chinese companies.In view of the internal and external environmental impacting development under the background of the One Belt and One Road,firstly,the paper analyses the internal and external environment of YC insurance enterprise.Internal environment includes enterprise resources,enterprise abilities,risk management ability,etc.,The external environment adopts PESTEL Model,and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze,including the elements of political,economy,culture and the overall situation of market environment.Then,based on this,a SWOT strategy matrix was established to analyze the strength and weakness,opportunities and threats factors about YC insurance companies under the background of One Belt and One Road.Adopting SWOT-AHP model through the combination of qualitative and quantitative method,the paper calculates each index weight,and establish strategic quadrilateral,then determines that the YC insurance enterprises should adopt the development strategy(SO strategy)by taking their own advantages into full play and actively seize the opportunity,combining with the internal and external environment faced by the company,it is concluded that the ultimate goal of implementing SO strategy is to implement differentiation strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of differentiation development strategy from four aspects: strengthening innovation ability,realizing products differentiation,improving enterprise image,building brand differentiation,improving customer service level,paying attention to service differentiation,widening marketing channels,forming marketing differentiation.It also points out the safeguard measures that the strategy can be effectively implemented from the organizational structure,the control system and the salary and welfare policy. |
