Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Xiangshui County,Jiangsu Province

The problem of poverty is related to the whole society.How to speed up the poverty-stricken areas and the poor people to get rid of poverty and go to a well-off society is a major problem at this stage.At present,more than 30 million people are still living in poverty.In order to reduce poverty,we need to solve the problems in the process of poverty alleviation,so as to better and faster complete the work of poverty alleviation,so as to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.General Secretary Xi proposed the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" in 2013,aiming to provide targeted solutions to the specific situations of different poverty-stricken areas and families.Targeted poverty alleviation has promoted the development of poverty alleviation and reduced poverty to a certain extent,but there are still many problems.Therefore,it is of practical significance and value to study targeted poverty alleviation.Based on the current research situation at home and abroad and relevant theoretical basis,taking Xiangshui County in Jiangsu Province as the research object,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the basic situation of Xiangshui County,the current situation of poverty and the measures taken to precisely alleviate poverty and their effects.The research adopts the questionnaire survey method of on-the-spot evidence collection to obtain the precise poverty alleviation sample data of Xiangshui County.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that there are some problems in the precise poverty alleviation work in Xiangshui County at the government level,the target level and the social level.According to the research on the current situation and problems of precise poverty alleviation in Xiangshui County,aiming at the problems,the paper puts forward further optimization suggestions on the ways and Strategies of precise poverty alleviation in Xiangshui County from three aspects: ensuring that the objects of assistance are accurate,implementing policies precisely according to the household and ensuring that the leaders of organizations are in place for administrative promotion,so as to provide some help for the better development of precise poverty alleviation in Xiangshui County.Finally,the research contents are summarized and prospected.This study provides an effective solution to the problems existing in the precise povertyalleviation work in Xiangshui County,and provides a more powerful impetus for the improvement of the precise poverty alleviation in Xiangshui County.The exploration of the precise poverty alleviation in Xiangshui County is of great practical and policy significance and brings about the smooth progress of poverty alleviation work.Better practice guarantees.At the same time,it provides practical reference for the precise poverty alleviation work in our country,and brings practical inspiration for the development and improvement of the precise poverty alleviation work in other areas.
