After more than ten years of development,Huiji Food Co.,Ltd is now in the initial stage of secondary development.With the increasing scale of the company,the market share of is increasing,external competition environment is becoming more and more complex,and profit space is gradually compressed.To deal with this situation,the company optimizes and upgrades its own operation process,management system,governance structure and financing mode for times.The company realizes that only by strengthening the corporate culture,gradually optimizing it into a complete and efficient system,can the company better cope with the fierce market competition and seize the opportunity for the survival and development of th e enterprise.Based on the examples of corporate culture construction in the domestic and foreign literature,this study uses Denison Corporate Culture Diagnosis Model to diagnose the corporate culture status of Huiji Food Co.,Ltd,puts forward the problems,and designs the optimization scheme of corporate culture and formulates specific implementation steps.Specifically,Huiji Food Co.,Ltd has some problems,such as unclear strategic orientation,lack of overall system and work effectiveness.This paper designs to introduce the corporate culture concept of non-profit public organizations into Huiji Food Co.,Ltd,and puts forward the optimization plan of corporate culture construction from the four dimensions of concept level,system level,material level and behavior level,that is,through strengthening the participation of all staff in the company strategy,strengthening customer orientation,strengthening harmony and cohesion,and strengthening capacity and performance orientation.The research focuses on the overall planning and guarantee of the implementation of the company's corporate culture construction optimization plan,and puts forward improvement and continuous improvement measures.Although this study takes Huiji Food Co.,Ltd.as a case,it has certain universality in the implementation steps and possible problems of corporate culture optimization program.Theoretically,it can provide reference for similar enterprises at home and abroad,and expand the scope of corporate culture construction theory and practice.In addition,the research extends the corporate culture idea of NPO to the construction of corporate culture for profit,which has certain theoretical innovation.
