The corporate culture is the result of development of the management. it exertsimportant effect during normal manage. How to carry out the value truth into themanagement behavior become more and more concerned. Making the corporateculture come into true has importantation realism meaning. Based on the thoroughfundamental analysis of the company, the project advances a total resolution programsconcerning corporate culture design and implementation. This paper focuses on thepart of the design and implementation of the corporate culture.On the base of the culture theoretics analysis, and combining the ATHcompany,the test analyses the implementation manner and processes of the corporateculture. The following jobs were realizing did:Chapter One is the introduction. It mainly comprises the brief introduction ofprojects background, intentions and meanings.Chapter Two mainly deals with the present culture implementation theory. Itgives a complete and detailed introduction to the corporate culture Implementationand necessity.Chapter Three mainly deals with the present culture conditions of ATH. It gives acomplete and detailed introduction to the basis and grounds of the design andimplementation of corporate culture in terms of such sides as the general situation ofthe company, the background and necessity of corporate cultural construction.Chapter Four mainly discusses ATH's corporate cultural design, Based on thethorough fundamental analysis of the company, the project advances a total resolutionprograms concerning corporate culture design and implementation.Chapter Five concentrates on the implementation program. Corporate cultureimplementation project is the most important in the whole construction project ofcorporate culture. Based on the overall concerning of every aspects such asenvironment, company, leadership and personnel, it takes the corporate culture designproject and implementation project as a whole to plan and to program, and then worksout the arrangement for corporate culture design and implementation in which thistwo parts match to each other, sustain each other and promote each other. This chapterfirst points out the hinge and the general policy of corporate culture constructionproject. And then constitutes the program of organization guarantee, institutionguarantee and material guarantee for this project. It also establishes the three-stepprocess of the implementation of corporate culture.Chapter six is the conclusion part article and reaches a conclusion of thedissertation. It summarizes the whole article and reaches a conclusion.
