Study On Logistics Management Optimizing Scheme Of Yiyang Tobacco Company

With the increasing demand for cigarettes in the tobacco market,the task of tobacco logistics is becoming more and more arduous.Market demand transmission to tobacco logistics service requires not only simple delivery in place,but also refinement of management to improve logistics service quality.At the same time,both the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration and Hunan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau are actively promoting the tobacco logistics management to informationization,refinement and practicality.These background factors are both opportunities and challenges for the development of logistics management of Yiyang Tobacco Company.Firstly,according to the theory of business process reengineering,this paper studies the related business processes involved in the logistics management of Yiyang Tobacco Company.Combining with the environmental analysis,this paper elaborates the necessity of optimizing and upgrading the logistics management of Yiyang City from the objective needs level.Under the framework of the main logistics business of Yiyang Tobacco Company,The problems existing in the three main business such as warehouse management,cigarette box recycling and distribution management are analyzed.By combining process analysis method,DMAIC analysis method and ABC cost analysis method,the directions of logistics management optimization of Yiyang Tobacco Company are determined.Secondly,this paper combines ESCRI method to cancel,simplify,merge,reorganize and upgrade process elements one by one in the outstanding links of warehouse management,cigarette box recycling,distribution management,cost management and comprehensive information management in order to realize business process reengineering and optimization.Finally,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects: human resources,marketing strategy and continuous improvement,and forecasts and evaluates the effect after the implementation of the scheme.Starting with the optimization of logistics management of Yiyang Tobacco Company,combining with the current situation of logistics development and related environment of Yiyang Tobacco Company,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of logistics management of Yiyang Tobacco Company,which has specific guiding significance for the improvement of logistics management of Yiyang Tobacco Company.It also has reference significance for the construction of logistics distribution centers with the same characteristics of tobacco companies.
