Research On Rural E-commerce Poverty Alleviation Strategy In Sishui County

Over the past 40 of reform and opening-up,China Has made remarkable achievements in poverty reduction,with the incidence of poverty dropping from 10.2 percent to less than 4 percent.At the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the party pledged to win the battle against poverty and ensure that by 2020 all rural residents will be lifted out of poverty by the current standards,and all poverty-stricken counties will be free of poverty.With the advancement of the "Internet plus" technological revolution,promotin the development of rural e-commerce is an important measure to solve the problem of poverty and an inevitable trend of scientific and technological development.Sishui county is northeast of Jining city in Shandong province located in the south-central part of Shandong Province.With a large number of poor people,poor cconomic conditions and a high incidence of poverty,the poverty alleviation work in Sishui county is difficult.Since 2017,Sishui county has actively developed rural e-commerce and made remarkable achievements in the use of c-commerce to lift people out of povcrty.The level of economic development has been further improved,the number of poor people has been gradually reduced,and more and more poor people have participated in the development of e-commerce.However,due to the late start and insuffi cient development of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation,the government still has mary problems in the process of promoting rural e-commerce poverty alleviationIt is an important issue for Sishui county to analyze the poverty alleviation situation of rural e-commerce,solve the existing problems in the current e-commerce poverty allcviation,and effectively promote the in-dcpth dcvclopment of poverty.aleviation work.This paper takes e-commerce poverty alleviation in Sishui county as the research object,analyzes the poverty situation of Sishui county and conducts e-commerce poverty alleviation work by applying the theory of participatory poverty alleviation and feasible capacity,and finds that the agricultural product resource advantage of Sishui county accelerates the process of e-commerce poverty alleviation in Sishui county.At the same time,the advantages of Sishui county in agricultural resources,eco-tourism resources and governmental system and policy resources are summarized and expounded,which provides directions for changing the poverty alleviation status quo of Sishui county's e-commerce.In Shandong province to carry out the questionnaire survey,first understand basic situation of Sishui county rural electricity,poverty alleviation,and then through the analysis of the questionnaire to survey the conditions of Sishui county rural electricity poverty alleviation,found Sishui county to carry out the main problem of electricity poverty alleviation in poor infrastructure,difficult to support the development of the electricity,poor self-consciousness is not strong,the lack of electricity talents for serious,public service system is not sound,e-commerce model from five aspects,such as a single The reasons are mainly as follows:weak economic foundation,low level of information,poor awareness of poverty alleviation through e-commerce,lack of talents for poverty alleviation through e-commerce,and insufficient leading role of the government.Finally,according to the problems existing in the development of e-commerce poverty alleviation in Sishui county and combined with the local characteristics of Sishui county,the author proposes the countermeasures to improve the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation.Through improving e-commerce infrastructure construction,strengthening relevant training,deepening e-commerce poverty alleviation,actively improving the talent introduction system,and promoting the integration of e-commerce poverty alleviation and government-led poverty alleviation,we will ensure the smooth progress of e-commerce poverty alleviation.
