The innovation development of an enterprise depends on the individual innovation behaviors of its employees at work.It can be said that the innovation behaviors of employees are the source of the innovation of an enterprise.In order to improve the competitiveness of an enterprise and give full play to the innovation ability of employees,the investment of capital and equipment,as well as the trust and motivation of employees are needed.A lot of research shows that,the quality of leadership member exchange is one of the important factors that influence the innovation behavior of employees.This paper will discuss the influence of leadership member exchange quality on employees' innovation ability.At the same time,there is also a strong correlation between job embedding and employees' innovation ability.So when this paper studies the relationship between leadership member exchange and employees' innovation ability,at the same time,whether there is mediating effect between job embedding and job embedding is discussed.GS Technology Co.,Ltd.is a high-tech enterprise specializing in Internet security video surveillance.With the advancement of such projects as "Safe Construction","Smart Transportation","Smart City",the application space in the field of intellectualization will continue to grow,which requires GS Technology Co.,Ltd.to improve its technical level and service quality,and constantly meet the needs of the market.However,the lack of experience in talent management within the company has led to problems such as loss of staff,backward products,lax working attitude of employees and poor R&Dability.So,this paper is about an opportunity to ask.this paper studies leader-member exchange,studies the relationship betweenleadership style and innovative behaviors,and puts forward basic theories on how to stimulate innovative behaviors.In addition,it improves the quality of leader-member exchange,improves employees' perception of enterprise fairness,and creates a fair and just enterprise atmosphere.To develop the innovation ability of employees and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,so as to maintain the long-term healthy development of enterprises;Provide Suggestions and references for leadership training,excellent corporate culture and effective communication platform.In order to get relatively reliable research results,this study analyzes the leading members exchange impact on employee innovative behavior,and by way of questionnaires to staff leadership-the members of the GS technology co.,LTD.To exchange information,work embedded to the staff and the innovation behavior research,in order to get enough data,using SPSS23.0The 0-statistic software has conducted reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis on the scale,and put forward Suggestions on the existing problems of GS technology co.,LTD based on the research results.The main conclusions of this paper are:1.Leader-member exchange relationship can positively predict the innovation behavior of employees.2.Job embedding plays an intermediary role in leader-member exchange relationship and employee innovation behavior.3.Leader-member exchange relationship is a positive predictor of job embedding quality.4.Job embedding positively moderates leader-member exchange and employee innovation behavior.
