Research On The Influence Of Poverty Alleviation Microcredit Model On The Self-development Ability Of Poor Farmers

China's poverty alleviation and development work is in a critical period of overcoming difficulties.The importance of financial participation in poverty alleviation is becoming increasingly prominent.The "living water" injected by finance into poverty-stricken areas has become an effective "booster" for targeted poverty alleviation.Since the poverty alleviation work has been carried out,financial assistance to poverty-stricken farmers has achieved remarkable results in directly increasing income and poverty alleviation.However,in order to achieve sustainable development of poverty-stricken farmers in the post poverty alleviation era,what is more needed is to stimulate the autonomy of poverty-stricken farmers,Only when they have the ability of independent poverty alleviation and development can they solve the problem at the root.The cultivation and promotion of the development ability of the poor farmers is an aspect that the current targeted poverty alleviation and development work gradually pays attention to.It is the demand of the poor farmers themselves,government departments,financial institutions and other social forces in the process of the transformation from the top-down blood transfusion to the bottom-up hematopoiesis.In the context of targeted poverty alleviation,the emergence and development of poverty alleviation microcredit makes it possible for poor farmers to connect with cooperatives,agricultural enterprises and other social forces.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the impact of targeted poverty alleviation microcredit model on the independent development ability of poor farmers from the perspective of endogenous growth,which is also the scientific question to be solved in this study topic.Based on the data of 508 samples of poverty-stricken households in Shaanxi Province,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of self-development ability of poverty-stricken households and participation of poverty-stricken micro loan mode.Starting from the realization of the goal of sustainable poverty alleviation,this paper uses ordered logit and hierarchical regression model to study the direct impact of self-awareness of poverty alleviation on the improvement of development ability and its dimensions After the interaction effect of degree,the model of poverty alleviation micro credit is taken as an important adjustment variable into the model,and the influence path mechanism of poverty alleviation micro credit model on the development ability improvement effect of poorfarmers is analyzed.Finally,based on the empirical research conclusion,relevant policy suggestions are put forward.Specifically,the research content of this paper is as follows: The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background,purpose and significance.This paper reviews the research trends,puts forward the research ideas and designs the technical route.The second chapter explores the related concepts,participatory development theory,the dialectical theory of internal and external factors.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of farmers' self-development ability and poverty alleviation micro loan mode in the deep poverty-stricken areas of Shaanxi Province,divides the poor farmers in the survey area into four types: non participation loan,direct loan,joint cooperative loan and joint agricultural enterprise loan,and analyzes the self-development ability and existing problems of poor farmers participating in different poverty alleviation micro loan modes.The fourth chapter empirically analyzes the impact of the poverty alleviation micro loan model on the improvement of the ability of self-development of poor farmers.The first part is the analysis of the influencing factors of the development ability of the poor peasant households.Combined with the relevant literature,it puts forward the research hypothesis and uses the ordered logit model to explore the relevant factors of the development ability of the poor peasant households.The second part analyzes the endogenous influence of the self-development ability of the poor farmers,using the hierarchical regression model to analyze the main effect of the self-awareness of poverty alleviation on the improvement effect of the development ability and the interaction effect among the dimensions;the third part introduces the poverty alleviation micro loan model variables,and studies its direct effect on the improvement of the development ability of the poor farmers and its regulation on the improvement effect of the self-awareness of poverty alleviation development ability effect.The fourth part is the conclusion.The fifth chapter analyzes the impact mechanism of the poverty alleviation microcredit model on the improvement of the independent development ability of poor farmers,and optimizes and innovates the targeted poverty alleviation microcredit model.Chapter six puts forward relevant policy suggestions.Based on the current situation of the operation of the poverty alleviation micro loan model and the self-development ability of the poor farmers,this paper holds that the poverty alleviation micro loan model has a significant regulatory effect on the improvement of poverty perception development ability and production development consciousness development ability;it can play an important role in improving the mainbody of the poor farmers,improving the rural financial poverty alleviation policy and optimizing the development of the rural regional economy From the perspective of exhibition environment,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for improving the development ability of poor farmers,promoting the sustainable development of poor farmers in the post poverty relief era,and truly realizing a well-off society in an all-round way.
