With the birth of Disneyland,the theme park concept was first proposed,and as a conceptual tourism quickly emerged around the world,theme parks have sprung up and developed,and there are nearly 3,000 theme parks around the world.However,due to the serious competition in homogenization,the development of theme park enterprises is uneven,especially in the training of corporate personnel in theme parks.Although Disneyland personnel training is second to none,most theme park corporate personnel training is still at a low or stagnant stage.This research uses the grounded theory method to study the implementation of training for the theme park enterprise personnel,and provides guidance for the training of theme park enterprise personnel.In the process of data collection and data encoding,according to the application of rooted theory to the training of theme park enterprise personnel,it mainly studies from two processes of data collection and data coding.According to the data collection and investigation training needs,the basic situation,training content,training methods and training inputs are investigated,and the training content,training methods and training input survey results are sorted out.The data coding is used to find the training requirements,and the theme park enterprise personnel training is open-coded,associative coding,selective coding and other three-level coding.In the model construction process,based on data coding,the data model is constructed.The model mainly includes: combing the training content of the theme park enterprise personnel from the theme park theme culture,product and service concept,post and professional skills,occupational safety,etc.;Teaching style training for theme parks,such as lecture-based training and instructor-led courses integrated into practice;building a strong training system from software,and increasing the theme culture branding from the hardware side to increase the investment in theme park enterprises.In the research results and analysis process,the leadership's understanding of the value of personnel training was strengthened.The individual ability of the theme park was improved and the emotional attitude of the trainees in the theme park was comforted.The practice status was recognized by the leaders and peers.In order to guarantee the implementation of the training model of theme park enterprises based on grounded theory,it is necessary to strengthen the flexible application of grounded theory and strengthen the funding support for theme park personnel training.
