Study On The Development Strategy Of Tianjin Hanjisi International Agricultural Product Logistics Park

Nowadays,the development of agricultural products logistics has become a hot topic in the Society of beijing-tianjin-hebei integration and coordinated development.As an important hub of agricultural logistics industry,Agricultural Logistics Park needs scientific and reasonable planning to provide a strong transport node for agricultural logistics industry.This paper is expected to use interview survey,Literature Analysis and statistical analysis of three research met hods to study the development strategy of Tianjin Hangis International Agricultural Logistics Park.Mainly through describing the general situation of Tianjin Logistics Park and analyzing the current development strategy environment,this paper analyzes the development strategy of Tianjin Logistics Park,and draws the conclusion that the logistics park can be implemented,finally,the existing problems and optimization measures are put forward.This can help the logistics park further clear development strategic direction,identify the strategic positioning of development,reduce development strategic risks,and promote the overall development strategy of the Logistics Park.The purpose of this paper is to further improve the overall characteristics of the logistics park,optimize the supporting infrastructure of the Logistics Park,reduce the operating costs of the Logistics Park,and improve the economic returns of the Logistics Park through a systematic and specialized management model,then promote the development of agricultural products logistics industry in the area where the logistics park is located and even the whole urban area.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,research ideas and met hods,and puts forward the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is a review at home and abroad.Through the comparison of domestic and foreign agricultural logistics and logistics park development strategy of academic research,analysis of this thesis Logistics Park Development Research Direction.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of Tianjin Hangis International Agricultural Logistics Park,and describes the basic situation,investors and functional layout of the park.In the fourth chapter,the development strategy of Tianjin Hangis International Agricultural Products Logistics Park is deeply analyzed,and through the analysis of the development strategic environment of today’s logistics park,at the same time,it establishes the financial risk index evaluation system to explain the feasible operation of the Logistics Park.Finally,according to the initial problems of the logistics park,combined with its own advantages,the development of corresponding measures.The fifth chapter is to provide a reasonable strategic guarantee for the development of Tianjin Hang is International Agricultural Products Logistics Park,it is beneficial to make a more professional,large-scale and extensive development strategy for Tianjin Hangis International Agricultural Products Logistics Park.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Through the above all-round discussion on the Hangis Logistics Park,put forward the concept of the development of the Logistics Park.However,there are still some deficiencies in this paper:First,the research object is more one-sided,second,the risk factor index extraction is not comprehensive.In the future,I will deeply and thoroughly study the related knowledge of the development strategy of Agricultural Products Logistics Park,and put forward more favorable and effective strategic countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of Tianjin Logistics Park.
