| Located in the heart of China,Henan Province has been the "heart of nine states and the thoroughfare of ten provinces" since ancient times,and has a unique advantage in developing logistics.In recent years,the central government has clearly proposed the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,which provides a good opportunity for Henan’s development.However,for a long time,China’s logistics industry developed in a relatively crude manner,and the understanding of modern logistics technology remained at the level of delivering goods.With the slowdown of China’s national economic growth,the rise of logistics operation costs and the diversification of consumer requirements,the high-cost,crude traditional operation mode of enterprises also needs to be gradually transited to a modern service mode of high efficiency,high quality.The resource placement needs to be transformed from the previous scale,expansion-oriented resource placement mode to a highly functional,intensive resource integration mode.The strategic partners needs to be transformed from the previous monolithic,low-price competition model to a collaborative alliance supply model.For the development of the logistics industry,how to adapt to the new challenges,transform and upgrade,and further improve the quality of development is an urgent issue to be resolved.The thesis uses three research methods,namely literature research method,comparative research method and field research method.This thesis firstly elaborate the significance and background of the study,and then analyse the development basis and development profile of Henan agricultural products logistics park,and discusses the development of Henan agricultural products logistics park.After the analysis,the author believes that there are five problems in the development of agricultural logistics parks in Henan: uneven spatial distribution of parks,relatively small scale of construction,shortage of new business models,imperfect incentive mechanisms and insufficient staff quality,and the causes are analyzed according to the above problems.The reasons are insufficient,relatively backward concept,logistics personnel training mode is old,backward infrastructure,poor information technology degree,the management of the old-fashioned,and lack of innovation in the profit model.On this basis,further specific measures are given to solve the problems.That is,suggestions are made from four aspects: spatial layout,supporting facilities,service functions and development resources guarantee.In reviewing the literature,the author learns that there are still very few existing studies involving agricultural logistics parks,so it is expected that the research results of this paper can provide reference for the development of agricultural logistics parks in Henan Province from the perspective of government management,and also provide corresponding reference values for the development of similar parks in other regions of China. |
