With the rapid development of e-commerce,the volume of e-commerce transactions in China has increased from 10.2 trillion yuan in 2013 to 31.63 trillion yuan in 2018.And more and more enterprises have begun to use e-commerce for international trade activities.While the volume of e-commerce transactions in China has been growing,the growth rate has been slowing,that dropped from 36.6 percent in 2015 to 8.5 percent in 2018.Therefore,while the scale of e-commerce trade is increasing,the competitive pressure of enterprises is also increasing.In order to promote enterprises to maintain long-term competitiveness in the increasingly competitive environment,so as to obtain the maximization of enterprise interests,enterprises urgently need to master the mechanism of e-commerce to improve the international competitiveness.Therefore,it is of urgent practical and theoretical significance to study and analyze the impact of e-commerce on enterprises' international competitiveness.This essay analyzes the relationship between e-commerce and enterprises' international competitiveness by respectively constructing a system of influencing factors of e-commerce and enterprises' international competitiveness,and selects small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises as samples for empirical research,and obtains the effect intensity of e-commerce's effect on enterprises' international competitiveness.The main research contents,innovations and conclusions include the following:(1)The influence factor system of electronic commerce is constructed.Based on the existing research and the current development status of e-commerce,this study selected human resources,strategic planning,laws and regulations,technical level,and customer relationships as the influence factors for the successful application of e-commerce in enterprises,thereby constructing the influence factor system for the successful application of e-commerce in enterprises,and making an empirical study of the influence factor system.(2)The influence factor system of the enterprises' international competitiveness is constructed.In view of the growing number of businesses using e-commerce,traditional research can no longer meet the development needs of current enterprises.So this essay combined with the existing literature,selected the enterprises' growth ability,market resources ability,technology adoption ability,capital utilization efficiency and service quality level as the influence factors of enterprises' international competitiveness,so as to construct the system of key influencing factors of enterprises' international competitiveness and conduct an empirical study on it.(3)Using structural model to carry out empirical research.In the research and analysis of the relationship between e-commerce and the international competitiveness of enterprises,this essay uses the structural equation model.Through empirical analysis,it explores the impact of e-commerce influence factors on e-commerce and the impact of corporate international competitiveness influence factors on the international competitiveness of enterprises,which successfully analyzed the role and intensity of e-commerce on the international competitiveness of enterprises.(4)The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)The influencing factors of e-commerce have a positive effect on the successful application of e-commerce in enterprises,while different influencing factors on its intensity could be widely different.The influence weights of human resources,strategic planning,laws and regulations,technical level and customer relationships on the successful application of e-commerce in enterprises respectively are 0.78,0.69,0.71,0.82 and 0.88.(2)The influencing factors of the international competitiveness of enterprises have a positive effect on the international competitiveness of enterprises,but there are also differences in the intensity of the effect.The influence weights of the enterprises' growth ability,market resource ability,technology adoption ability,capital utilization efficiency and service quality level on the international competitiveness of enterprises respectively are 0.81,0.72,0.79,0.68 and 0.73.(3)By analyzing the current application of e-commerce in enterprises,hence the conclusion that enterprises can reduce the cost by using electronic payment services,technological innovation services,logistics auxiliary services and information technology services provided by e-commerce,thereby improving their competitiveness.The empirical results show that e-commerce has a positive effect on the promotion of corporate international competitiveness,and the effect intensity is 0.49.
