In recent years,with the development of social economy and city urbanization,city tourism demand has been changed,people used to pay attention to traditional seeking quality tourism.But now they would like to pay attention to quantity such as self selection and depth feeling about leisure tourism experience.In the dictionary,the definition of "rural" is "a village or area where people make a living by farming,including raising stock,sericulture,horticulture,forestry,and fruit-growing".Therefore,the rural tourism will undoubtedly become an effective way to meet the new market demand.As an important part of rural tourism,The village homestay plays a more and more important role.Based on the analysis of consumer behavior,research,and put forward specific development proposals,will undoubtedly be beneficial to promote the development of rural tourism.The village homestay of rural tourism in China was started late,there were not enough theoretical research about the development and practice,now the development of the market is still in the exploratory stage with some defects.In this paper,the study of rural tourism was introduced at first,next combined with the research background and significance of this article.Then analysis and explore the homestay status and role in the development of rural tourism;According to the situation of Lishui's village home stay,the writer made an questionnaire survey in order to find more information about it.Then put forward the reasonable countermeasures based on the consumer behaviors and survey.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.Mainly on the research background,purpose and significance of research,domestic and international research status of the simple exposition,make a simple matting for the following part.The second part is an overview of relevant theories,summarized from the theory of consumer behavior,rural tourism,theories,and the village homestay.The third part is the analysis the development status of the village homestay in Lishui Zhejiang.First is the rural economic development situation analysis,and then analysis the main characteristics of The village homestay through the questionnaire,the object of study,investigation method,the specific content,consumer behavior characteristics.The fourth part is the way to develop the village homestay in Lishui according to analysis of consumer behavior.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.Make a summary of the full text,the prospects for the future.
